Abstract

Grosse Nennweiten führen in hydraulischen Anlagen, insbesondere in Verbindung mit hohen Drücken, zu grossen Betätigungskräften für Sperrventile. Diese sind oftmals von Hand nicht mehr aufzubringen. Die Bereitstellung zusätzlicher Energieformen- z.B. elektrischer oder pneumatischer Energie- ist in hydraulischen Anlagen aufwendig und mit hohen Kosten verbunden. Zur Ermöglichung einer händigen Betätigung eines Sperrventils in einer hydraulischen Anlage mit Leitungen grösserer Nennweite wird durch die Erfindung der anstehende hydraulische Druck genutzt. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf ein 2/2- Wege- Sperrventil für Hydraulikflüssigkeiten industrieller Anlagen, wobei dieses baulich durchgebildet ist: mit Vorsteuerventil, Ringraum (23), Schaltküken (01) und Dichtelementen (02); für grössere Nennweiten und hohe Drücke geeignet ist und keine nichthydraulische Energieversorgung aufweist. Das Sperrventil eignet sich insbesondere zum Einsatz in hydraulischen Anlagen mit Leitungen grösserer Nennweite und hohen Drücken.
