Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kommunikationseinrichtung, umfassend ein mobiles Kommunikations-Endgerät (12) mit wenigstens einem aufladbaren Energiespeicher und eine dem mobilen Kommunikations-Endgerät (12) zugeordnete Lade-Basis (14), wobei die Lade-Basis wenigstens zwei externe elektrische Ladekontakte (16, 18) aufweist und wobei das mobile Kommunikations-Endgerät (12) wenigstens zwei korrespondierende elektrische Komplementärkontakte (20, 22) aufweist zur Übertragung eines Ladestroms von der Lade-Basis (14) zu dem Kommunikations-Endgerät (12), bei welcher Kommunikationseinrichtung die Lade-Basis (12) über eine Schnittstelle (34) mit einem Periphergerät (36), insbesondere einem PC, einem Organizer oder dergleichen, zum Austausch von Daten gekoppelt oder koppelbar ist und bei welcher die Daten über die wenigstens zwei elektrischen Ladekontakte (16, 18) und die diesen zugeordneten Komplementärkontakte (20, 22) zwischen der Lade-Basis (14) und dem Kommunikations-Endgerät austauschbar sind.
