Abstract

L'invention concerne le chauffage des habitations et la production d'eau chaude sanitaire grâce à la combinaison de l'énergie solaire (5) de l'énergie géothermique (8) et de l'énergie perdue par la ventilation du bâtiment. La gestion de ces énergies est assurée de façon monovalente par une pompe à chaleur air-eau/eau (9). Le parti maximum de l'invention est obtenu par un stockage géothermique situé sous un bâtiment bien isolé équilibrant ses besoins thermiques et par constitution d'une unité préfabriquée prête à installer 'ensemble thermodynamique'.
