Abstract

Selon cette invention, il est possible de simplifier un procédé de traitement d'hydrocarbure lourd par un moyen non catalytique et d'augmenter le rendement, ce qui permet de produire essentiellement des produits cibles de fraction légère. Pour réaliser l'hydrocraquage, le procédé consiste à amener dans une chambre de réaction un hydrogène ou gaz hydrogène dans une quantité comprise entre 20 et 30 % en masse par rapport à des réactifs chimiques, faire monter la pression du gaz dans la chambre entre 10 et 30 % Mpa, à une température s'élevant entre 1300 et 1500 °K ; amener dans la chambre contenant l'hydrogène chaud 70 à 80 % en masse de la matière brute traitée par rapport aux réactifs chimiques et mélanger l'ensemble, effectuer le craquage du mélange obtenu sur 2 à 12 ms lors du contact matière première-hydrogène, tremper ensuite les produits de réaction en faisant baisser la température et la pression pendant 5 à 10 ms et les acheminer jusqu'à l'obtention des produits cibles. Le procédé de cette invention permet d'obtenir la composition suivante pour les produits cibles : produits gazeux (CH4, C2H4, C2H6, C3H6, C3H8, C4) dans une quantité de 46, 266 % en masse par rapport aux produits de réaction ; essence (C5, C6, C7, C8, C9, C10, C11, C12) 34, 096 % en masse ; carburant diesel (C13 C20) 17,284 % en masse à une conversion de 98-99 %.
