Abstract

The invention solves the problem of the modular boiler plant assembly with a high capacity and efficiency with small dimensions, fired by gas, fuel oil and mazout. The modular boiler plant contains steel construction of walls (1), roof (2), frame-truss sectional, every module includes one boiler (5 or 6), water treatment device (10), expansion tank (7) and stake (13).

Description

Modular boiler plant
The scope of invention is focused on a modular boiler plant fired by gas, fuel oil and mazout. Traditional boiler plants in buildings made of brick or of mixed building structure, fired by solid fuel, fuel oil, mazout, gas or pieced timber and sawdust are well known and commonly used. These boiler plants are built according to individual projects, in compliance with needs for heat a fuel accessibility.
The invention's target is to project such a boiler plant which is assembled in a factory hall and then the ready boiler plant will be transported to the destination point to be established on the foundations, joint to the external networks and started.
The significance of this invention is based on the fact that the modular boiler plant has frame - trass walls and roof structure, sectional, the floor is made of sections and double heated metal sheet. Every module contains a boiler and the central pipeline is placed on one side in one of the module and connected with flanges in the place of division and outside in the upper part of the boiler plant, automatics is located in the back part of the boiler plant. Separate stake, sectional, made of external boiler shell, internal channels in the number equal to the amount of boilers, while channels have socket connections, and a shell flange ones.
The advantage of the boiler plant is the small overall dimensions in relation to its power, assurance of high capacity and low loss of heat, the possibility of quick realisation thanks to parallely run projecting works and the boiler plant assembly.
Assembly of the modular boiler plant is displayed on the design on which figure 1 shows the boiler plant top view, figure 2 front view, figure 3 end view elevation with a stake, figure 4 front view elevation with a stake.
The modular boiler plant according to the invention has frame - truss steel structure of walls 1 and roof 2 . Claims

Patent claims
1. The modular boiler plant consists of steel construction of walls and a roof, boilers, a expansion tank, the water treatment device, electrical system, automatics, independent stake. It is characterised by frame-truss walls and roof stracture, the roof construction is sectional and contains of two or four parts, provided with lugs 3, every boiler plant module has the same construction located symmetrically and sectional, the floor constraction is made of steel sections and double heated sheet, door 4 are placed on tlie sides and at the back of the boiler plant.
2. Modular boiler plant according to claim 1 is distinguished by Hie expansion tank, placed on the opposite side than boilers 5 and 6, on which release valves 8 are assembled.
3. Modular boiler plants according to claim 1 is identified by the water treatment device 10 placed on the same side as expansion tank 7.
4. Modular boiler plant according to claim 1 is identified by pumps 9 and the central pipeline placed on one side in one of modules between boilers and connected by flanges in die level of the boiler plant division, pipelines are located in the upper part of the boiler plant and outside are joint by flanges.
5. Modular boiler plant according to claim 1, that heaters 12 are assembled over burners 11 and automatics on tl e back side of the boiler plant.
6. Modular boiler plant according to claim 1, that stake 13 is sectional and includes external shell and internal stakes in tlie number equal to the amount of boilers while channels have socket connection and the stake's flue is led outside from the back of the boiler plant from every module symmetrically.
