Abstract

The present invention relates to a cell surface molecule, designated cadherin-like asymmetry protein-2 ('CLASP-2'). In particular, it relates to CLASP-2 polynucleotides, polypeptides, fusion proteins, and antibodies. The invention also relates to methods of modulating an immune response by interfering with CLASP-2 function.
