Abstract

L'invention concerne une vis à pivot orthopédique à axe fileté et pièce de retenue de tissu, ces éléments étant maintenus par un pivot. Ladite vis peut ainsi être installée dans un trou d'os par rotation et poussée ou traction sur l'axe filieté, au moyen d'un outil. On peut l'utiliser pour la chirurgie des ligaments croisés antérieurs, en particulier le remplacement de ces ligaments, ce qui élimine ou réduit au minimum la torsion classique qui survient généralement en chirurgie classique. De plus, la tension de greffe ligamentaire peut être ajustée avec précision par le biais de cette vis, en combinaison avec un dispositif de réglage de tension, du type demi-écrou ou boulon de tension. Le demi-écrou est utilisé en combinaison avec un boulon implantable utilisé dans les dispositifs orthopédiques. Le demi-écrou, comportant deux moitiés, glisse le long d'une tige filetée jusqu'à ce qu'un anneau entourant les deux moitiés exerce une contrainte pour les rassembler. Ensuite, le demi-écrou est aisément vissé sur la tige filetée.
