Abstract

L'invention concerne un appareil d'authentification personnelle fondé sur des signatures et comprenant des moyens d'écriture d'une signature sur une surface, des moyens d'enregistrement des caractéristiques de la signature, en termes de changements dans la force appliquée, par exemple entre les moyens d'écriture et la surface, pendant le temps écoulé pour la signature, des moyens de comparaison de ces caractéristiques avec celles d'une signature préalablement enregistrée, et des moyens de notification d'une décision d'authentification fondée sur cette comparaison. Les moyens d'écriture ne laissent pas nécessairement une trace visible et ils comprennent, le cas échéant, un transducteur sensible à la pression, bien que la surface elle-même puisse comporter un tel transducteur. L'invention concerne un flux d'informations, de préférence numérisé, destiné à une signature de référence ou spécimen et se rapportant aux changements dans la force appliquée par l'utilisateur, par l'intermédiaire d'un dispositif d'entrée, sur la surface réceptrice de la signature, pendant le temps écoulé pour cette signature.
