Abstract
L'invention concerne un équipement de traitement de déchets avec lequel la matière traitée ne peut pas brûler ou se dissoudre, la production d'un gaz nocif et d'une odeur est empêchée, et la désodorisation se fait par combustion, ou par traitement le rendant inoffensif, du gaz résiduaire au moyen d'une source de chaleur fournie par une substance de chauffage, cela sans qu'il soit nécessaire de préparer séparément une structure spéciale quelconque. Les déchets sont directement chauffés par de la vapeur ou de l'air chaud hautement humide surchauffés, dans une atmosphère réductrice, pour que la température de la matière traitée soit maintenue dans la plage 120-150 °C, pour le traitement de stérilisation, et dans la plage 150-250 °C, pour le traitement de carbonisation, pendant un temps spécifié correspondant à la stérilisation par chaleur humide ou à la carbonisation à froid, de façon à empêcher des substances nocives telles que la dioxine et une odeur, pendant un traitement stable et efficace. Le chemin de circulation de la substance de chauffage est un système fermé pour qu'une dépression soit maintenue dans celui-ci afin d'empêcher une odeur et de la poussière de s'échapper vers l'extérieur. L'humidité vaporisée et l'air de fuite s'échappant des déchets et entraînant une augmentation de la pression dans le système de circulation sont conduits jusqu'à une partie de génération de chaleur sous forme d'excédent de gaz résiduaire et désodorisés par combustion et traités pour devenir inoffensifs, la récupération des ressources et le traitement terminal pouvant être exécutés grâce à un traitement sans danger et efficace des déchets, sans que pour cela les coûts augmentent.
