Abstract
A waste treatment equipment capable of preventing treated matter from firing or dissolving, preventing harmful gas and odor from producing, and deodorizing by burning or treating harmless waste gas by utilizing the heating source of a heating medium without separately preparing any special structure, wherein waste is directly heated by superheated steam or highly humid hot air in a reducing atmosphere to hold the temperature of the treated matter at a temperature of 120 to 150 °C in sterilization treatment and 150 to 250 ° C in carbonization treatment for a specified time for moist heat sterilization or cold carbonization so as to prevent harmful substances such as dioxin and odor from producing for stable and efficient treatment, the circulating route of the heating medium is formed in a closed system to hold the pressure inside the route in negative state to prevent odor and dust from leaking to the outside of the route, and the vaporized moisture and leaked air from the waste causing a pressure rise in the circulating route is led into a heat generating part as an excess waste gas and deodorized by burning and treated harmless, whereby the recovery of resources and the terminal treatment can be performed by safely and efficiently treating the waste without inducing a rise in cost.
