The invention concerns a support device, equipped with two independent legs, connected to a light source (20) by rods, provided with articulations (15, 16, 17, 18) and having suitable degrees of freedom, to enable stable and balanced positioning of the light source, and its orientation, on one or more surfaces not allowing setting room for a single-piece leg owing to the space requirement thereof or on a surface consisting of different levels. The power supply of the light source is provided by two single-pole connecting inputs at both legs (11, 12) of the device.

L'invention prend une dimension encore plus fonctionnelle et étendue si l'on équipe l'un ou les deux pieds de dispositifs d'attraction magnétique permettant le positionnement de l'un ou des deux pieds en appui sur une ou plusieurs surfaces ferro- magnétiques, les pieds pouvant prendre des positions contraires à la force d'attraction terrestre et évoluer dans un espace tridimensionnel. L'alimentation électrique de la source lumineuse est assurée de façon bipolaire par cheminement du câblage depuis l'un des socles ou de façon unipolaire par deux entrées de connexion, situées au niveau de chacun des deux pieds.
