Abstract

L'invention concerne un polynucléotide isolé contenant une séquence polynucléotidique sélectionnée dans le groupe constitué par a) un polynucléotide identique, au moins à 70 %, à un polynucléotide codant pour un polypeptide qui contient une séquence d'acides aminés de SEQ ID N° 2, b) un polynucléotide codant pour un polypeptide qui contient une séquence d'acides aminés identique, à au moins 70 %, à la séquence d'acides aminés de SEQ ID N° 2, c) un polynucléotide complémentaire aux polynucléotides a) ou b), et d) un polynucléotide contenant au moins 15 nucléotides successifs de la séquence polynucléotidique de a), b) ou c). Cette invention concerne également un procédé pour la préparation fermentative d'acides L-aminés, utilisant des bactéries corynéformes présentant au moins le gène dps sous forme évoluée, ainsi que l'utilisation en tant que sondes d'hybridation de polynucléotides contenant les séquences selon l'invention.
