Abstract

Luminaria perfeccionada, para farolas, que consta de una semi-carcasa inferior fija que integra en sí misma a la pantalla/placa difusora transparente o traslúcida, y una semi-carcasa superior móvil con medios para montarse articuladamente en la semi-carcasa inferior con posibilidad de giro y desplazamiento combinado respecto a ella, yendo ambas semi-carcasas permanentemente relacionadas entre sí, de modo que el acceso al interior para sustitución/reparación de componentes internos tiene lugar sin desmontar ningún elemento componente de la luminaria. De aplicación en iluminación.

Description

"LUMINARIA PERFECCIONADA, PARA FAROLAS" La presente invención trata de una luminaria de nueva estructuración empleada, preferentemente, en farolas para alumbrado exterior, público o privado.
La utilización de luminarias, concebidas como recintos cerrados de vidrio u otro material, transparente o traslúcido enmarcado en estructuras portantes generalmente de fundición y dentro de los cuales se ubican puntos de luz es tan antiguo como el propio conocimiento de la luz artificial. Ahora bien, aunque actualmente existen luminarias de muchos tipos, en principio cada una resulta diseñada para una aplicación concreta, (para apoyar en pies o farolas concretas, para colgar con brazo, para colgar sin brazo, etc.).
En la actualidad todas las luminarias presentan el mismo problema independientemente de su configuración, componentes, particularidades y/o lugar de aplicación: cuando se requiere acceder a su interior para reparar o sustituir componentes internos es necesario desmontar totalmente uno o varios de sus componentes (al menos una tapa o puerta de acceso aunque, generalmente, esta "puerta de acceso" es la propia pantalla/placa difusora).
Esta limitación/problema se acentúa teniendo en cuenta que estos accesos para sustitución/reparación surgen siempre cuando la luminaria está operativa (generalmente en lugares de difícil acceso donde además el operario está en complicadas posiciones de trabajo).
En la luminaria perfeccionada, según la invención, el acceso a su interior para sustitución/reparación de componentes internos tiene lugar siempre sin desmontar/separar ningún elemento componente de la luminaria. Se caracteriza porque consta de: a) una semi-carcasa inferior fija que integra en sí misma a la pantalla/placa difusora transparente o traslúcida, y dispone de medios internos para montar al menos un punto de luz y de medios externos para montar al conjunto en la correspondiente farola; b) una semi-carcasa superior móvil con medios para montarse articuladamente en la semi-carcasa inferior con posibilidad de giro y desplazamiento combinado respecto a ella para adoptar, al menos, dos posiciones de apertura/cierre espacialmente desfasadas entre sí y provista de medios para bloquear entre sí ambas semi-carcasas en su posición cerrada; yendo ambas semi-carcasas permanentemente relacionadas entre sí, de modo que el acceso al interior para sustitución/reparación de componentes internos tiene lugar sin desmontar ningún elemento componente de la luminaria.
Para comprender mejor el objeto de la presente invención, se representa en los planos una forma preferente de realización práctica, susceptible de cambios accesorios que no desvirtúen su fundamento. La figura 1 representa una vista general esquemática en perspectiva de la luminaria perfeccionada, para farolas según la invención (preparado para fijarse a un poste, columna o soporte), con todos sus principales elementos y/o partes integrantes en disposición de montaje.
La figura 2 representa, en detalle, una sección general de la luminaria según la invención, en posición cerrada.
La figura 3 representa una vista frontal correspondiente a la figura 2.
La figura 4 representa esquemáticamente en dos fases, la luminaria en posición abierta -figura 4a- y en posición cerrada -figura 4b-.
Se describe a continuación un ejemplo de realización práctica, no limitativa, del presente invento.
De conformidad con la invención, y según la realización representada, la luminaria perfeccionada, para farolas preconizada presenta una construcción particular integrada por:
- una semi-carcasa fija (1) - una semi-carcasa móvil (2)
- medios externos (3) para montar al conjunto en la correspondiente farola
- medios internos (4) para montar, al menos, un punto de luz
- medios (5) para montar articuladamente entre sí las semi-carcasas fija (1) y móvil (2) - medios (6) para bloquear entre sí las semi-carcasas fija (1) y móvil (2) en su posición operativa de cierre.
La semi-carcasa fija (1) integra en un cuerpo principal (10) al menos la pantalla/placa difusora (11) dispuesta en una cavidad conjugada (l ia); una protuberancia (61) -que forma parte de los medios de bloqueo (6) descritos más adelante-; conformaciones (12) para disponer los medios (3) -en forma descrita más adelante-; conformaciones (13) para montar una pieza/soporte (41) -que forma parte de los medios internos (4) descritos más adelante-.
La semi-carcasa móvil (2) integra en su cuerpo monopieza una ventana (62) -que forma parte de los medios de bloqueo (6)-.
Los medios externos (3) para montar el conjunto en la correspondiente farola los integran un casquillo (31) -encajable ajustadamente por su cajeado axial (32) en la farola, a la que se sujeta con medios complementarios (35)-; con cabeza (32) articulada mediante juego de pasador/tuerca (33) en el cuerpo principal (10) de la semi-carcasa fija (1) con interposición de un soporte (34).
Los medios internos (4) para montar puntos de luz los constituyen, además de la ya citada pieza-soporte (41), un casquillo multipieza (42) portador de la lámpara, en correlación con el cual se fija coaxialmente una pantalla/base difusora (43). Los medios (5) para montar articuladamente entre sí las semi- carcasas (1), (2) los constituyen bielas (51), articuladas en (51a) a la semi-carcasa fija (1) y en (51b) a la semi-carcasa móvil (2) en conjunción con las cuales determinan un cuadrilátero articulado.
Los medios (6) para bloquear entre sí las semi-carcasas (1), (2) en su posición de cierre los constituyen, además de las ya citadas protuberancia (61) y ventana (62), una llave/pestillo (63) que roscándose o roscando un tornillo (63a) en la protuberancia (61) hace tope en el contorno de dicha ventana (62).

Claims

R E I N I N D I C A C I O N E S 1.- Luminaria perfeccionada, para farolas, caracterizada porque consta de: a) una semi-carcasa inferior fija que integra en sí misma a la pantalla/placa difusora transparente o traslúcida, y dispone de medios internos para montar al menos un punto de luz y de medios externos para montar al conjunto en la correspondiente farola; b) una semi-carcasa superior móvil con medios para montarse articuladamente en la semi-carcasa inferior con posibilidad de giro y desplazamiento combinado respecto a ella para adoptar, al menos, dos posiciones de apertura/cierre espacialmente desfasadas entre sí y provista de medios para bloquear entre sí ambas semi-carcasas en su posición cerrada; yendo ambas semi-carcasas permanentemente relacionadas entre sí, de modo que el acceso al interior para sustitución/reparación de componentes internos tiene lugar sin desmontar ningún elemento componente de la luminaria.
2.- Luminaria perfeccionada, para farolas, según reivindicación anterior, caracterizada porque los citados medios internos para montar punto(s) de luz los constituyen pieza(s)/soporte unidos a la semi-carcasa fija de forma desmontable y que montan ortogonalmente un casquillo porta-lámparas en correlación con el cual se fija coaxialmente una pantalla/base difusora.
3.- Luminaria perfeccionada, para farolas, según reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque los citados medios externos para montar el conjunto en la farola los constituyen casquillo(s) prolongados de la semi-carcasa fija en la que se montan con solución articulada, y encajables ajustadamente en prolongación(es) conjugada(s) de la propia farola.
4.- Luminaria perfeccionada, para farolas, según reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque los citados medios para montaje entre semi-carcasas fija y móvil los constituyen, al menos, un juego de bielas, con sus extremos articulados a aquellas de modo que definen en conjunción con ellas un cuadrilátero articulado, en la que la semi-carcasa móvil alcanza dos posiciones extremas (desfasada abierta y superpuesta/cerrada) respecto a la semi-carcasa fija.
5.- Luminaria perfeccionada, para farolas, según reivindicaciones anteriores, caracterizada porque los citados medios para bloquear entre sí ambas semi-carcasas en su posición encajada de cierre los constituyen, en la semi-carcasa fija una protuberancia emergente roscada y en la semi-carcasa móvil una ventana posicionalmente conjugada; efectuándose el bloqueo con llave/pestillo que, roscado en la protuberancia, hace tope en el contorno de dicha ventana.
