Abstract
L'invention peut être utilisée dans l'industrie alimentaire, principalement comme aliment pour bébé. Le produit alimentaire de cette invention comprend une base de lait, des vitamines A et/ou d, et/ou E et/ou B et/ou C et des microéléments, ainsi qu'un acide nicotinique dans une quantité comprise entre 0,001 et 10 % en masse. Un lactosérum fermenté est utilisé comme base de lait. Les compositions utilisées comme microéléments comprennent: 1,0 à 3,0 % en masse de lactate de sodium, 0,1 à 2,0 % en masse de lactate de potassium, 0,05 à 0,5 % en masse de lactate de magnésium, 0,1 à 2, 0 % en masse de lactate de calcium, 0,001 à 0,01 % en masse de lactate de fer, 0,0001 à 0,001 % en masse de lactate de manganèse, 0,0001 à 0,0005 % en masse de lactate de cobalt, 0,0001 à 0,0005 % en masse de lactate de nickel, 0,00001 à 0,001 % en masse de lactate de chrome, 0,0001 à 0,0002 % en masse de lactate de zinc, 0,0001 à 0,0002 % en masse de lactate de cuivre. Ce produit alimentaire peut également contenir de 0,0001 à 0,0002 % en masse de sélénium.
