Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un système destinés à aménager la facturation dans un système de télécommunications. Le système comprend un réseau de télécommunications à commutation par paquets, dans lequel sont menées des opérations en relation avec l'émission d'un transfert hertzien de données, un dispositif terminal MS, au moyen duquel l'abonné est connecté au réseau de télécommunications à commutation par paquets, un réseau de service, comprenant un ensemble de composants d'émission, un réseau de télécommunications, et un composant d'émission connecté au réseau de télécommunications à commutation par paquets ainsi qu'au réseau de télécommunication afin de les relier entre eux. Dans l'invention, le numéro d'abonné, le numéro IMSI ou MSISDN, est attaché à l'adresse IP de l'abonné, et, sur la base de cette pièce d'information individualisée, des données de facturation sont collectées par l'abonné et la base de transaction est collectée à partir du réseau de service.
