Abstract

Die Erfindung betrifft eine tragbare Kommunikationseinrichtung, insbesondere ein Handy oder Multifunktions-Handy, mit einem ein numerisches Tastaturfeld (12) zur Eingabe von Informationen wie insbesondere Telefonnummern und einen Bildschirm (21) zur Wiedergabe von Informationen aufweisenden Gehäuse (1). Um eine spürbare Verbesserung der Bedienbarkeit der Kommunikationseinrichtung bzw. des Handys zu erzielen und insbesondere eine Einhandbedienbarkeit des Handy's zu ermöglichen, ist das Handy erfindungsgemäss durch einen vorzugsweise ergonomisch geformten Handriffabschnitt (2) und einen den Bildschirm (21) aufweisenden Kopfabschnitt (4) gekennzeichnet, wobei das Tastaturfeld (12) ausserhalb des Handriffabschnitts (2), vorzugsweise im Übergangsbereich (3) zwishchen Handgriffabschnitt (2) und Kopfabschnitt (4) angeordnet ist.
