Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouvel inhibiteur GRK qui contient un composé représenté par la formule (I), un sel du composé, ou un promédicament renfermant l'un des deux, formule dans laquelle le noyau A représente un hétérocycle éventuellement substitué contenant de l'azote, R1 et R2 représentent amino, et X représente un espaceur comprenant une partie linéaire constituée d'un à quatre atomes, à condition que R1 puisse être lié à R2 et/ou à X pour former un noyau. L'inhibiteur est utile dans la prévention ou le traitement des défaillances cardiaques, etc.
