Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé employant une couche de liaison, qui est utilisé pour former des électrodes de métal actif présentant des couches barrière. Le procédé consiste à fabriquer une électrode de lithium ou une électrode d'un autre métal actif sans déposer la couche barrière sur une couche de métal. Une couche barrière plutôt lisse est formée sur un substrat lisse, tel qu'un support de bande ou un électrolyte polymère. Une couche de liaison ou d'alliage est formée sur la couche barrière. Du lithium ou une autre matière active est alors fixée à la couche de liaison pour former l'électrode de métal actif. Un collecteur de courant peut également être fixé au lithium ou au métal actif au cours du processus.
