Abstract

L'invention relève principalement des moyens de transport, des équipements de levage et de la construction de machines-outils et plus particulièrement des transmissions commandées à mouvement rotatif. Le dispositif de l'invention utilise un manchon symétrique à double action qui comprend des corps de rotation disposés de façon coaxiale: un corps entraîné (3) et deux corps d'entraînement (1, 2) reliés par un raccord mobile (4) dont les rouleaux sont disposés dans leurs guides périodiques. Les corps rotatifs entraînés ont la forme de cylindres creux à la surface interne desquels sont disposés des guides dont la période varie en fonction de l'angle d'orientation. Le dispositif comprend également des roues libres sur le corps desquelles sont disposés des synchroniseurs holonomes ou frictionnels à cames. La combinaison d'un manchon holonome à action double et de paires d'engrenages avec des synchroniseurs permet d'assurer la synthèse des boîtes à plusieurs vitesses et du changement de vitesses sans heurts et sans frottement. Cela permet d'effectuer l'accélération sans interrompre la chaîne cinématique.
