Abstract

En l'occurrence, une alimentation en courant alternatif et un circuit de charge sont montés en série aux bornes du commutateur d'alimentation secteur, les bornes de contact étant les deux drains de deux MOSFET. Les grilles et les sources sont connectées entre elles respectivement. Une résistance et une diode dont montées en série aux bornes du circuit parallèle à diode Zener et condensateur à partir d'un côté source entre le point de connexion du circuit de charge de l'alimentation en courant alternatif et la source des deux FET. De fait, l'anode de la diode Zener est située sue le côté source, l'anode de la diode étant transférée sur le côté circuit de charge de l'alimentation en courant alternatif. Une tension de charge du condensateur devient l'alimentation du circuit de commande sous forme d'une alimentation auxiliaire. De la sorte, lorsqu'on applique la tension du circuit de commande entre les grilles et entre les sources des MOSFET du circuit de commutation de l'alimentation secteur, le circuit de charge se ferme puis s'ouvre du fait de la fermeture et ouverture des deux FET commandées par le passage aux états haut et bas du signal du circuit de commande. L'alimentation de secours de ce circuit résulte du passage du courant dans une résistance, ce qui fait que cette alimentation de secours est déterminée par la résistance.
