Abstract

Procédé servant à effectuer la synthèse efficace de dérivés de thiazolidinone optiquement actifs représentés par la formule générale (I) ce qui consiste à effectuer la résolution optique d'un acide carboxylique racémique représenté par la formule générale (4) au moyen d'une (S)-(-)-N-benzyl-α-phénylalkylamine en tant que réactif de résolution optique, ce qui permet d'obtenir l'acide (S)-carboxylique correspondant.
