Abstract
L'invention relève de la production d'électricité et de chaleur et peut servir au chauffage et/ou à l'approvisionnement en eau chaude de bâtiments et de constructions. L'installation comprend un corps, un générateur de chaleur à gaz, un premier et un deuxième échangeurs de chaleur et un collecteur de condensat, montés dans l'enceinte du corps. Chaque section est constituée de deux feuilles métalliques profilées, reliées étanches entre elles de manière à former des canaux en zigzag servant au passage du liquide à chauffer entre lesdites feuilles. Le collecteur de condensat comprend des goulottes de condensation creuses, refroidies par air, ayant une coupe transversale en V, le fond desdites goulottes étant orienté vers la surface d'appui du corps. Les tubes destinés au passage du liquide à chauffer entre les sections des échangeurs de chaleur et une partie de chaque tube destinée à l'acheminement et/ou l'évacuation du liquide à chauffer depuis les échangeurs de chaleur sont formés par le profil d'une feuille métallique profilée correspondante de la section d'extrémité de cet échangeur de chaleur, qui comporte des orifices destinés à l'écoulement du liquide à chauffer. Les goulottes creuses pour condensat sont montées sous des angles entre 3° et 45° par rapport à la surface d'appui du corps; ces goulottes sont munies de rallonges des bords latéraux, destinées à l'écoulement du liquide condensé et ayant une longueur entre 1 et 3 mm.
