Abstract

A threshing mechanism comprises a threshing drum and downstream thereof a set of straw walkers, wherein the total width of the straw walkers is substantially equal along the full length of the straw walkers, and wherein the said set consists of eight individual straw walkers mounted on a pair of spaced apart crankshafts.
