Abstract

L'invention concerne un dispositif de dosage pour doser du métal liquide sortant d'une cuve (2). A cet effet, le carter de pompe (4) est monté dans la cuve et comporte une entrée pour l'alimentation en métal liquide provenant de la cuve et une ouverture pour loger un tube de dosage (6) se présentant sous forme de siphon, ainsi qu'une ouverture pour recevoir un tube d'alimentation en gaz. Le tube de dosage peut être fermé avec un clapet, par son extrémité située dans le carter de pompe. Ce clapet comporte une dérivation dimensionnée de manière qu'après fermeture du clapet et remplissage du carter de pompe, le niveau de métal du tube de dosage diminue lentement pour parvenir au niveau de métal liquide dans la cuve.
