Abstract

Remote control system to monitor in real time the static, ambient and safety conditions of constructions, comprising: a plurality of sensors (2) to detect said conditions, in correspondence of the structures and environments of said constructions; a local workstation (3) for each construction or group of constructions, fed by electric and/or electronic signals issued by said sensors (2) and which supplies - through a modem and a telephone system (5) - digital signals to at least one remote operative workstation (6); alarm means, apt to be activated by said digital signals in said remote operative workstation (6); and intervention means (7) apt to be started upon signals issued by said workstation (6); the static ambient and safety conditions of the constructions, controlled by said sensors (2), resulting from bidimensional grid patterns, one for each sensor (2), derived from tridimensional frameworks responding to the structure of the construction, the grid patterns and the frameworks being displayed on the local workstations (3) and on the remote operative workstations (6) through an access code for each grid pattern, as soon as the respective sensor issues the signal indicating the state of alarm.
