Abstract

A connection module (1) for telephone lines comprises a body (2), a pair of first terminals (11) for contacting a first pair of wires (21), a pair of second terminals (12) for contacting a second pair of wires (22) and a connection unit (5) for electrically connecting each first terminal (11) to a respective second terminal (12). The connection unit is moveable relative to the body (2) from a first position in which electrical connections between the first and second terminals is made to a second position in which said electrical connections are interrupted. Moving the connection unit (5) from the second to the first position causes the first terminals (11) to contact the first pair of wires (21).
