Abstract

UV Radiation is used in sterilizing hygienic products. It is applied on tissue and will be applied on diapers, sanitary napkins and table napkins. A certain UV Wavelength is used to kill Bacteria and other types of microorganisms. UV sterilizer is the technical method which is imported from a supplier and used to achieve our original idea (Tissue Sterilization). The resulting product after sterilization is 99.9 % sterile germ free tissue.

Description

STERILIZATION PROCESS FOR HYGIENIC PRODUCTS
DESCRIPTION
FIELD OF INVENTION:
Applying a sterilization process to produce sterile hygienic products, mainly the original idea is to produce sterile hygienic product (tissue, diaper, sanitary napkins and table napkins). Using UN radiation application can lead to decontamination of the above products from harmful microorganisms, then, the sterile product can be used safely by customers without dangers of possible inflammatory or allergic reactions. The application covers marketing more hygienic products.
BACKGROUND:
As a hygienic product manufacturer, we know from visits and inspection or our raw material (tissue rolls) suppliers that these raw materials could have possibly been contaminated by micro-organisms like bacteria or fungus which is more likely expected to grow on paper material while storage, and due to these dangers during handling, packaging, storage and cargo of our raw materials, we brought the new idea of sterilizing our product to overcome the above dangers. Also there are some studies in the market and through complaints of some end users of hygienic product it was found that in several cases, some rashes, allergy or inflammatory were caused to children as they are more sensitive to bacterial or fungus contamination than the adults. So the optimum solution was to think of an idea to apply a process to remove the effect of these microorganisms on human being, that was best achieved by sterilization of our hygienic product.
The sterilization process proved to be successful for tissue as we applied it to tissue products, and intending to do the same for other lines of diaper, sanitary napkins and table napkins.
And as we found through studies on competitors, they stress on the fact they produced hygienic product untouched by human being, and as we believed, producing tissue without human hand touch is not enough to say or guarantee the product is sterile as the raw materials used are not assured against touching by human hands, so instead of capital investment in new technology that can avoid human hands touch, we believed we can invest in more cost and labor effective and more realistic process.
To achieve assured and efficient sterilization and the end product, so we can assure raw material included into our product is assured against microorganisms contamination.

Claims
