Abstract

L'invention concerne un tapis-brosse constitué principalement de fibres de noix de coco, de fil galvanisé, et de bandes de caoutchouc recyclables, en forme d'un animal tridimensionnel, à base de tiges de fibres torsadées circulaires fixées au cadre de fil de fer galvanisé par du fil de ligature. Ce cadre de fil métallique peut être en fil de fer galvanisé plus épais ou en fil métallique plastifié, ainsi que de tiges de fibres torsadées qui recouvrent ce cadre avant que ne soient fixés d'autres (oreilles, ventre, nez, jambes, mains, corne, queue, etc.), eux-mêmes en tiges de fibres torsadées circulaires. Les parties du cadre principal et les éléments sont incurvés, mis en forme, coupés et ébarbés au moyen de fixations et de gabarits spécialement conçus à cet effet. Ce tapis-brosse en forme d'animal convient également comme butoir de porte et peut être fabriqués dans des couleurs différentes grâce à des fibres teintées. La taille et la forme de l'animal peuvent être modifiées selon la demande.
