Abstract

The present invention discloses a novel polypeptide - human ataxia-telangiectasia mutant protein 15 and a polynucleotide encoding the same, as well as a method of producing the polypeptide by DNArecombinant technique. The present invention also discloses methods of using the polypeptide in treatment of various disease, suchas ataxia-telangiectasia, breast cancer, various tumour, disturbance of embryo development, disorder of growth and development, immunological disease, inflammation, blood disease, HIV infection and so on. The present invention also discloses an antagonist against the polypeptide and the therapeutic use of the same. Also disclosed is the use of such novel polynucleotide encoding human ataxia-telangiectasia mutant protein 15.
