Abstract

A portable telephone case floating on the water especially makes possible use a cellular phone, waterproof and floats.

Description

A Portable Telephone Case floating On the Water
Background of the invention Field of the Invention
The present invention relates to a portable telephone case floating on the water, which is formed a vinyl bag using a transparent vinyl and the border of the said vinyl bag is formed a tube, when a tube body is inflated by the air, there comes into being a space in which makes easy to put a cellular phone and the inflated tube body makes the cellular phone float on the water and absorb shock.
Recently, cellular phones can be used every time and everywhere, however, those cell-phones are so fragile and vulnerable to water that they come to a breakdown easily. When the moderns go to a swimming pool or sauna bath (spa), they cannot bring their cell-phones even though they absolutely need to bring them. Therefore, a wrapping method of a vinyl bag is used in order to protect phones from water these days. However, this method is made only for storage, so when a user tries to use the phone, it is inconvenient that they should take out of the vinyl bag as well as the phone is going down the water.
In the above-mentioned regards, the tube body in which the air can be injected is formed on the vinyl bag, so that the body can float on the water. However a mere tube body may produce a torture after inserting the air and as the vinyl textile is elastic, it is difficult to put in and take out of the bag. Discussion of Related Art
In order to solve the above-mentioned problem, when the tube body is inflated enough to be flat, the present invention is designed to have a regular space inside of the tube body, since the tube body is formed as one with the vinyl bag on the front and back side. So, it is easy that the cellular phone can be put in and taken out of the bag as well as the buoyancy and absorb shock is improved because of the tube body.

Detailed Description of Preferred Embodiment
The following is the detailed description of the most desirable embodiment of the present invention.
The vinyl bag of the present invention is formed in various appearances depending on cellular phone's shape, and even though the vinyl bag is made of polyvinyl chloride, any kinds of textiles, which do not tear easily and have an excellent adhesion and waterproof, can be used for the present invention.
In addition, the textile is to be transparent in order to use the phone even when it is put in the bag and one side of the vinyl bag is open so that the phone can be put in and take out of the vinyl bag. Other sides are adhered using heat, supersonic waves, a high frequency and bond.
For the above formation, as shown in FIG. 1, adhere lines (2) are formed on the surface of the vinyl bag (1) in order that the tube bodies (10a, 10b) are separately formed on the front and back part of the vinyl bag (1). And the air is injected into the above-described tube bodies (10a, 10b), which is formed by the adherent lines (2), through the air injection hole (4). Also, in order to inject the air into each separated tube body (10a, 10b), as shown in FIG. 8 and 10, the vinyl bag (1) is made of two sheets of the vinyl textile (la, lb). The exterior vinyl sheet (la) is totally adhered and the interior vinyl sheet (lb) is adhered but the lower part, which is formed the air pathway (3), so that the only one air injection hole (4) can inflate the separate whole tube body. At this point, as shown in FIG. 9, after each tube body (10a, 10b) is formed with two sheets of the vinyl sheet (la, lb) on the front and back part of the vinyl bag (1) by the adhere lines (2), one side of the vinyl sheet can be eliminated except parts formed the tube body. In addition, the air pump (11) is installed at the injection hole (4) as shown in
FIG. 6, so that the air can be injected with the only repeated pressurization not with blowing and for this embodiment, a spitting mouth (13) that is attached a check valve (12), which is open when the air pump (11) is pressured, on one side of the air pump (11) that connected to the injection hole (4) and the other side of the air pump (11) is formed another check valve (12a), which is closed when the air pump is pressured, so the air pump (11) formed as above is attached on the injection hole (4), which is formed the tube bodies (10a, 10b) of the vinyl bag (1).
Furthermore, in case of a cellular phone with a coverage or folded, a pocket (20) is formed on one side of the vinyl bag (1) as shown in FIG. 2. Also, the above-mentioned pocket (20) is formed a fixing band (21) to fix the pocket (20), and for this fixing band (21)'s fixing method, as shown in FIG. 3 and 7, a combining wing (23) that a combining apparatus (22) is formed, is formed on the both side of the pocket (20), so that the fixing band (21) wraps and fixed with the whole body of the phone combined with the combining apparatus (22) or the fixing band (21) is formed from the both sides of the pocket (20) as one, or the fixing band (21) can be fixed on the back and wrap the phone forward.
Moreover, the pocket (20) can be fixed with the vinyl bag (1) using hook and eyes, a snap or Nelcro not using the fixing band (21).
As shown in FIG. 3 and 4, the tube bodies (10a, 10b) are formed in zigzag on the behind in order to adjust the injected amount of the air according to the size of the phone, so that the phone is not moved inside of the vinyl bag (1) and it improves the absorb shock.
As shown in FIG. 5, for tight sealing of the opening part of the vinyl bag (1), the pressure board (30) can be used and in order that the pressure board (30) can fix the vinyl bag (1), as shown in FIG. 3 and 4, a sub-sheet (31) is attached with a space inside as a thin tape on the upper center of the opening part of the vinyl bag (1) and inserted a fixing device (32) of the pressure board (30) into the space, and then after the opening part of the vinyl bag (1) is folded toward inside and the folded part is placed in the hinge apparatus (33), it is fixed by folding of the hinge apparatus (33). In order not to be left out from the inside of the sub-sheet (31), as shown in FIG. 5, a hook (34) is formed on the upped center of the fixing device (32) and a string (40) is formed at the hook (34) that the hook groove (35) is formed by cutting off to be exposed in order that the fixing device (32) is placed with the sub-sheet (31), so that it is convenient to bring and prevents the fixing device (32) of the pressure board (30) from moving.
Furthermore, as shown in FIG, a sticking protrusion (36) is formed on the fixing device (32) of the pressure board (30), so that when the vinyl bag (1) is pressed, the sticking protrusion (36) gives it a tight pressure to protect the phone.
Also, for opening and closing of the fixing device (32) and the hinge apparatus (33) of the pressure board (30), a hooking protrusion (37) and the hooking sill (38) go in gear with each other in order that the pressure board (30) may not be opened carelessly. Various kinds of gearing can be applied in this matter.
Thus, the inflated tube bodies (10a, 10b) ensure the inner space for the convenience of putting in and taking out the cellular phone, the pocket (20) is formed on one side of the vinyl bag (1) which is formed a tube body, so even a cellular phone with a protection coverage or folded can be kept, and when the said pocket (20) is not fixed tightly, it is fixed using the fixing band (21). And tight sealing of the opening part that the phone is put in and out can make out by a few rolling, and the separate pressure board (30) also makes convenient to bring and use the cellular phone even in the water.
