Abstract

L'invention concerne un outil (10) d'évaluation des fournisseurs des lignes aériennes permettant aux entreprises d'évaluer la valeur des offres de leurs fournisseurs de lignes aériennes préférés et d'améliorer leur position de négociation vis-à-vis de ceux-ci.
