Abstract
Filter for combustion engines, for the cleaning of the oil, fuel, air or another medium, which is realised by the flowing of these mediums over the mobile filtering material (2'), which spools from the Roll (7), traverses over the filtering area (3) and after use, coils on the Roll (8).
Description
OΓ -IT TER FOR COMBUSTION ENGINES
The invention refers on a filtration-system , concerning the filtration of a oil , air , fuel in a combustion engine , or in a other device ...
For the filtration of a water , oil , air ... it's need to use a cleaning device - the filter, which can to separate a unwanted parts from this mediums .The filtration is realised by the flowing of a oil or air through the filtering - material ( f.example paper ) which recovers a unwanted parts ... This filtering material has the limited lifetime (for example 100 hours ) ...If is this time reached , so is need this filter to exchange . From the US Patent 2 232 025 A . is known the filter 9 in which is the filtration realised through the spaced screens , which are steady in the filtering area ....This device has a bit longer lifetime as the currently filter , but too by use of this filter is need the frequent service ...
The target of the invention is to make a longer lifetime of the filter , and in this way to reduce the service costs.
This aim will be achieved through the variable filtration- device . This system makes possible , that the filter can to update the filtering material, in the active - area of a filtration , by exchange of his position. That , if the lifetime of the active filtering material is reached , it is possible , by the exchange of the used filtering material for the new filtering material to update the lifetime of the filter , without the need of the exchange of a this filter .
This renovation is realised by the mobile filtering material . The filtering - material is loaded on a roll , from which , in use , spools into other roll . This motion is realised by a electric motor , or is the filter direct connected by the combustion engine , for which the filtration is realised. J &
The invention is further described in Fig. 2 and 3 . The Fig. 1 shows the currently filtration- device . <The Fig. 2 and 3 show the way of filtration according to the invention.
According to the Fig. 1 is in the currently filter 1 the filtering - material 2 hard steady in the area 3 . The air/oil 4 flows from point 5 to the point 6 , through the filtering material 2 . If is reached the lifetime the filtering material 2 , it's a need for a exchange of the filter 1.
As shows the Fig.2 is the filter 1' ftirnished with one (or more ) couple(s) of the corresponding rolls 7 and 8 , which are connected by the filtering material 2 and which is ( hereby ) loaded on this rolls 7 and 8. On the roll 7 is loaded ( supply ) the filtering material V before use and on the roll 8 is loaded the filtering material V after use .
In use , the filtering material 2' spools from the roll 7 , traverses over the filtering area 3 , and after use , will be loaded on the roll 8. This rolls 7 and 8 make possible through his motion 9 , the exchange of the filtering material 2', which is in the area 3 , in the contact with the medium 4 . The motion 9 , of the Rolls 7 and 8 , is realised by the electric motor 10 and the chain 11 . The time of the exchange of the filtering material V , orders the microprocessor 12. The exchange is possible to do in any time of the filtration .
As shows the Fig.3 the rolls 7 and 8 in the filter V can be connected too by more filtering materials 2 2" , 2'" than only by one (Fig. 2 ).
According to the invention is possible to achieve the longer lifetime of the filtering device , namely about 10 - 20 multiple , against a currenrly filtering device ...so it is no need a visit of an servise center, for the purpose of the exchande of the oil- , air- , fuel- or an other filter ...In this way is possible to reduce the service cost ...
-and the next advantage is , that the quality of the medium 4 after the filtration according to the invention is better ,because is possible to change the filtration material 2' too in a smaller intervals , as by use of the currently filter 1.
This technology is possible to use in all areas of the Industry , in which is need to clean the air , fuel , water , oil or other mediums.
