Abstract

Le combineur de l'invention se distinguant par un dioptre d'admission régulier permet de restituer en sortie un faisceau à rayonnement plein spectre. Ce combineur comprend un ensemble de sources de rayonnement (1) dont l'orientation est définie par rapport au système optique, lequel comporte un dispositif optique capable de combiner des rayonnements et monté entre les dispositifs (6 et 8) collimatant ces rayonnements selon des plans perpendiculaires qui sont parallèles aux côtés des bandes de rayonnement ou de leurs images. Le dispositif optique (7) est un prisme définissant un dioptre de sortie (15), au moins un dioptre d'entrée (14) perpendiculaire aux axes optiques des faisceaux correspondants des différentes sources de rayonnement (1) et définissant également des plans de réflexion (11) disposés de façon à recevoir une réflexion totale interne des faisceaux correspondants des différentes sources de rayonnement de sorte que, après réflexion, les axes optiques des faisceaux des différentes sources de rayonnement soient parallèles selon un plan, lequel est lui-même parallèle aux petits côtés des bandes de rayonnement. Les axes précités coupent partiellement, au moins sur une partie de leur longueur, les faisceaux des différentes sources de rayonnement.
