Abstract
The invention relates to a device for remotely unlocking locks, especially in a motor vehicle. In devices of this type, for locks, which are installed with limited installation space in doors, lids or the like, an unlocking mechanism (40 to 43), which acts upon an actuating rod (33) arranged between the closing cylinder (30) and the lock (20) is arranged in an area of a lid or doors that is free from other parts. In order to avoid the use of additional parts and a highly complicated installation, the invention provides that the unlocking mechanism (40 to 43) is directly arranged in the vicinity of the closing cylinder (30), and the unlocking mechanism (40 to 43) is permitted, in this location, to act upon the actuating element (31) which departs from said closing cylinder (30) and via which the actuating rod (33) is actuated. The unlocking mechanism (40 to 43) can be mounted in this position, e.g. in a housing projection of the housing of the closing cylinder (30). These measures enable the inventive device to be produced in a vastly more economical manner than prior art devices used for remotely unlocking locks.
