Abstract

L'invention relève du domaine de l'industrie du bâtiment et sert à l'isolation et au renforcement de produits pour bâtiments en béton, béton armé, bois, pierre naturelle ou artificielle et d'autres matériaux ayant une structure poreuse. On obtient une isolation plus efficace et un renforcement plus importants de produits pour bâtiments au moyen d'une composition polymère ayant de meilleures capacités de pénétration grâce à une faible viscosité et une vitesse de durcissement peu élevée. A un premier stade d'imprégnation, on active la structure avec une solution de (pseudo) éther couronne dans un solvant hydrosoluble, les composants de la solution étant mélangés dans les proportions suivantes (en parts en masse) du (pseudo) éther couronne - et du solvant hydrosoluble - 1=10. En tant que solution d'activation on utilise des solutions aqueuses d'une matière dont les fragments de molécules se présentent comme le (pseudo) éther couronne. La composition comprend notamment les composants dans les proportions suivantes (en parts en masse): polyisocyanate - 100 et (pseudo) éther couronne —400. En tant que polyisocyanate on peut utiliser une substance dont la molécule comprend au moins deux groupes isocyanés. En tant que (pseudo) éthers couronne on peut utiliser des substances dont la molécule comprend au moins deux chaînes oxyéthylène ou oxypropylène. Dans cette composition, les molécules des (pseudo) éthers couronne peuvent contenir au moins un groupe d'éthers.
