Abstract

Ein Klappdeckelverschluß für fließfähiges Gut enthaltende Behälter hat eine Verschlußkappe (100) mit einer Kopfplatte (110), die eine Entnahmeöffnung (140) und einen Kappenmantel (120) aufweist, der mit Befestigungsmitteln auf einem Behälterhals versehen ist. Ein Deckel (200) ist an der Verschlußkappe (100) verschwenkbar befestigt und liegt mit einem Deckelmantel in der Schließstellung auf der Kopfplatte (110) der Verschlußkappe (100) auf. Eine Originalitätssicherung (300) ist mit mindestens einer Sollbruchstelle (380) zwischen der Verschlußkappe (100) und dem Deckel (200) zur optischen Anzeige des Ist-Zustandes versehen. Ein Originalitätssicherungselement (320) ist an der Verschlußkappe (100) gehalten und über die Sollbruchstelle (380) mit dem Deckel (200) verbunden. Die Sollbruchstelle (380) zwischen dem Deckel (200) und dem Originalitätssicherungselement (320) ist zumindest teilweise in einem Abstand unterhalb der Unterkante des Deckelmantels angeordnet. Es ist eine visuelle Überprüfung der Sollbruchstelle aus großem Blickwinkel möglich. Hautreizungen oder -verletzungen des Benutzers beim Öffnen des Deckels werden verhindert. Der Klappdeckelverschluß erhält die Qualität des Behäterinhalts auch dann, wenn der Deckel des Abgabeverschlusses nicht vollständig geschlossen ist.
