Abstract

Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Bauteils (1) aus einer Glas/Kunststoff-Mischung, bei dem, ausgehend von einer Mischung aus einem Thermoplast mit einer Verarbeitungstemperatur T1 und ersten Glaspartikeln mit abgesättigten Bindungen an der Oberfläche und mit einer Glastemperatur T2 < T1, das Bauteil bei einer Temperatur T3 > T1 geformt wird, wobei durch Aufschmelzen der ersten Glaspartikel zweite Glaspartikel mit sättigbaren Bindungen an der Oberfläche erzeugt werden, die durch Anbindung an den Thermoplast gesättigt werden. Das so hergestellte Bauteil hat den Vorteil, dass es abriebarm ist und gute tribologische Eigenschaften aufweist. Ferner betrifft die Erfindung die Verwendung des mit dem Verfahren hergestellten Bauteils in elektromechanischen Funktionseinheiten, wie z. B. Relais.
