Abstract

Pour permettre de contrôler l'état d'un accumulateur (A1 - AN) dans une batterie (1) d'accumulateurs, on place sur chaque accumulateur un dispositif (2-1 - 2-N) de contrôle, permettant de produire une information d'état, ces dispositifs étant reliés à une unité (4) centrale à l'aide d'un anneau (5) en fibre optique de type plastique. Un procédé de communication à travers l'anneau utilise une technique d'accès par jeton et un protocole de transmission asynchrone. Une information d'état, comporte notamment une valeur de tension et une valeur de température, un moyen d'alarme réagissant à une variation déterminée des valeurs mesurées.
