Abstract

Selon l'invention, avant l'examen au moyen d'un dispositif radiologique (1), on fait un cliché de radioscopie de la zone du corps à examiner (1c) et l'on utilise ce cliché pour déterminer des premiers points caractéristiques, qui définissent un référentiel de mesure, ainsi que des paramètres géométriques d'un déplacement apte à faire correspondre sensiblement ce référentiel de mesure avec un référentiel préétabli à partir de points caractéristiques équivalents ou pour régler la dose de rayons X à transmettre au corps lors de l'examen. L'invention s'applique notamment à l'ostéodensitométrie par rayonnement X bi-énergie à faisceau conique.
