Abstract
La distribution de programmes de cinéma s'effectue jusqu'à présent exclusivement par envoi des films enroulés sur des bobines. En ce qui concerne la distribution électronique, on dispose de procédés qui offrent, assurément, une faisabilité technique, mais qui n'ont toutefois pas été développés eu égard à une sécurité suffisante, ainsi qu'à l'utilisation d'une version linguistique quelconque et à une adaptation à un quelconque réseau de transmission. Conformément à l'invention, le procédé de distribution numérique de programmes de cinéma est caractérisé par un standard de sécurité élevé, par suite de l'utilisation de procédés de chiffrement cryptographiques et d'une gestion fiduciaire pour la certification des droits d'auteur, des droits de distribution et des droits de présentation. Le procédé offre la possibilité de l'utilisation de doublages audio quelconques et d'une adaptation à des réseaux de données quelconques.
