技术 景
随着 z主活环境的进步, 有着各种光线效果的光源以及各种便携式的灯 A孕育而 生, 现有的一种可增强投射强度的光源结构是光源体前方设一 Λ多个凸弧部的聚焦 透光片, 利用该发散透光片、 聚焦透光片分別形成的折射: 以达到广泛范围及多方 向性的 ±¾强投射效果, 而现有的携带方式有手提式的、 固定式的, 也有带卡合座的, 但足还没有一种光源结构足将这种卡合座结构与可¾强投射强度的镜片结构相结合 的光源, 使用不够方便, 光源的投射强度也不够强。

最佳实施例
图 2 是本发明的结构的纵剖示意图, 由该图可很明显地看出, 光源部分主要包 括: 反射板 5、 光源体 1、 发散透光片 6、 聚焦透光片 7等部分: 其中光源体 1是指 包括带增强投射效果在内的整个发光部分结构, 而由图 2、 图 3、 图 4、 图 5可以看 出该光线的增强投射的原理: 其中反射板 5是布设于各光源体 1 的基部, 小灯是焊 接于预设的电路板上, 发散透光片 6是遮覆于光源 2上适当高度的位置, 其表面通 过设置多个锥形的尖突部 61而形成凹凸不平的结构, 聚焦透光片 7则贴设于发散透 光片 6的外侧, 其表面配合各光源 2间距而相对设有多个凸弧部 71, 使该聚焦透光 片 6于组合完成后可使光源 2位于其穿过焦点的延忡线上, 而聚焦透光片 7则可以 凸弧 71背对发散透光片 6 (如图 7所示), 也可以以凸弧 71接触发散透光片 6, 其 中发散透光片 6与聚焦透光片 7是以预设的断面形状由内向外将光源包 S于中心位 置 (如图 3所示) 利用上述结构, 可使光源 2所发出的光先经反射板 5的反射而全 部向发散透光片 6投射, 而光线经发散透光片 6凹凸不平的表面产生不同的折射后, 再经聚焦透光片 7以凸弧部 71, 聚焦后, 可产生增加投射强度的效果。
另外, 如图 4、 图 6所示, 在光源体 1 的外缘适当位置设有一组卡口 1 1, 并且 在卡口 11 内设有向外延仲的反向口 15, 图中所示, 卡合座 8是略呈一板状, 二端 部设有定位孔 9, 定位孔 9内侧设有二凸起的支撑架 12, 支撑架 12的周侧面设有粗 糙面, 与卡口 1 1位置相对应而设在卡合座 8上的有一组弹片 10, 该弹片 10设在支 撑架 12的中间, 在弹片 10的顶端有反向钩 13, 当光源体 1与卡合座 8结合时配合 起扣紧作用。 而弹片 10上各有一朝外的按柄 14, 按与松开按柄 14可很方便的使卡 合座 8、 光源体 1结合时起反扣作用, 在反向钩 Π的上面形成坡状, 在装上卡合座 时仅需将弹片 10与卡口 11相配合对齐用力下按即可。 还有, 为了方便光源体 1的 拆卸, 发散透光片 6与聚^透光片 7均可以纵向两个半筒组成 (如图 4所示)。 而在 实际设计中, 一般还在光源体 1 的两头分別装有头灯 3及蜂鸣器 4等构件以增强功 能。
综上所述, 与现有技术相比, 本发明确实具有美观实用、 使用方便、 增强投射 强度等特点。

Claims

O 01/38782 权 利 要 求
1、 一种带卡合座的可增强投射强度的光源结构, 其由光源体、 光源、 头灯、 蜂鸣器、 卡合座等组成, 其特征在于: 其中反射板是设于光源的基部, 发散透光 片遮覆于光源上, 其表面设置多个尖突部, 聚焦透光片贴设于发散透光片外侧, 表面配合各光源间距相对设有多个凸弧部, 卡合座呈板状, 中段有凸起支撑架、 支撑架中段设有弹片, 弹片顶端设有反向钩, 光源体的外缘设有卡口, 卡口与弹 片相配合, 并且设有反向口。
2、 如权利要求 1所述的带卡合座的可增强投射强度的光源结构, 其特征在于: 其弹片上各有一朝外的按柄。
3、 如权利要求 1所述的带卡合座的可增强投射强度的光源结构, 其特征在于: 支撑架的周侧面设有粗糙面。
4、 如权利要求 1所述的带卡合座的可增强投射强度的光源结构, 其特征在于: 发散透光片上的多个尖突部呈锥形。
5、 如权利要求 1所述的带卡合座的可增强投射强度的光源结构, 其特征在于: 发散透光片与聚焦透光片是由内向外将光源包覆于中心位置。
6、 如权利要求 1所述的带卡合座的可增强投射强度的光源结构, 其特征在于: 发散透光片与聚焦透光片均可以纵向两个半简组成。
