So haben Funktelefone nicht nur im geschäftlichen Bereich an großer Bedeutung gewonnen, sondern deren Bedeutung nimmt auch im individuellen Freizeitbereich immer mehr zu. Derartige Funktelefone bzw. Handys haben zwar den Vorteil, daß der Benutzer diese mit sich tragen kann, beherbergen aber aufgrund der entsprechenden Benutzung, die Gefahr, daß diese während der Benutzung öfters unbeabsichtigt fallen gelassen werden bzw. insbesondere auch aus Hemd-Brusttaschen sofort herausfallen, wenn bspw. der Benutzer sich nach vorne beugt, ohne sich bewußt zu sein, daß er gerade ein Handy in der Hemd-Brusttasche mit sich trägt. So hat die Praxis gezeigt, daß auch im Sport - und Freizeitbereich, bspw. beim „Inline-Skaten" die Sportler immer öfter ihr Handy bei sich tragen und insbesondere in diesem Bereich eine Positionierung bzw. eine Fixierung des Handys an der Bekleidung oder am Körper des Benutzers erforderlich ist, damit das Handy eben nicht so oft herunterfällt.In the prior art, differently designed holding devices for portable communication devices, namely for a mobile radio telephone or cell phone etc. are known. So sind die gehäuseartig ausgebildeten Haltevorrichtungen nur mit großem Arbeitsaufwand herstellbar, wobei die gehäuseartigen Haltevorrichtungen insbesondere separat an einem Gürtel montiert werden müssen, von dem dann die Haltevorrichtung mit dem Handy während des Tragens entsprechend absteht. Folglich wird hierdurch der ohnehin bei Bekleidungsstücken bspw. in einer Hemd-Brusttasche zur Verf - gung stehende Raum nicht genutzt, so daß derartige Haltevorrichtung zusätzlichen Raumbedarf benötigen, der für den Benutzer auch hinderlich sein kann. Die zuvor aufgezeigte Aufgabe ist nun dadurch gelöst, daß die Haltevorrichtung zumindest teilweise für die Montage an der Antenne des Kommunikationsgerätes ausgebildet ist. Dadurch, daß nunmehr die Haltevorrichtung an der Antenne des Kommunikationsgerätes befestigt werden kann, ergeben sich mehrere Vorteile. Einerseits muß der Benutzer nun nicht mehr - wie bisher - eine auf der Rückseite vorgesehene Halte Vorrichtung mit den Fingern umgreifen, empfindet also die Benutzung des Handys nicht mehr als unangenehm. Andererseits ist die Montage der Halte Vorrichtung die vzw. auf eine Stummelantenne des Handys aufgesteckt wird, entscheidend erleichtert, sowie deren Herstellung auf kostengünstige Weise möglich, was im folgenden noch näher erläutert werden wird. Da es bis jetzt überhaupt abwegig war an der Antenne eines Kommunika- tionsgerätes eine Halte Vorrichtung anzuordnen, insbesondere um den entsprechenden Empfang bzw. das Senden nicht zu stören, ist die Haltevorrichtung in der bevorzugten Ausführungsform aus Kunststoff hergestellt. Im Ergebnis werden durch die erfindungsgemäße Haltevorrichtung die eingangs beschriebenen Nachteile vermieden, wobei ein Verrutschen oder Herausfallen des Kommunika- tionsgerätes vermieden und eine optimale Positionierung/Fixierung ermöglicht Es gibt nun eine Vielzahl von Möglichkeiten die erfindungsgemäße Haltevorrichtung in vorteilhafter Weise auszugestalten und weiterzubilden.
