Description

ELECTROMECHANICAL LOCK Technical Field
The present invention relates to electromechanical locks. Background Art
Electromechanical lock SU 972024 is known, which includes a spring-loaded closure bolt placed in a body and a spring-loaded insert with a cam which co-operates with the bolt. There is a mechanism for blocking in the body, which includes an electromagnet and an anchor of the electromagnet, which is a means of blocking of the bolt.
The electromagnet in the blocking position uses a plenty of electrical power, it does not allow to feed the lock from independent tiny power supplies.
Disclosure of Invention It is an object of present invention to create a lock capable to work for a long time from independent tiny elements of power supplies and also to create a lock having no elements of power supplies and working from elements of power supplies placed in a key.
With the object an electromechanical lock comprises a rotating insert placed in the body, a cam which is a means of blocking or co-operates with a spring-loaded closure bolt placed in the body and a drive shaft inserted in a bore of the rotating insert. The drive shaft comprises an electromagnet with an anchor which co-operates with a slot of the rotating insert in such way that at simultaneous feeding the electromagnet and at rotation of the shaft the anchor rests against a side of the slot of the rotating insert, transmitting it the rotation from the shaft, and at absence of voltage on the electromagnet the anchor is pushed out of the slot under the action of its own weight or spring, thus rotation from the shaft does not transmit to the rotating insert. Voltage on the electromagnet is transmitted from a device of identification of a code which is made as an integral microcircuit placed into an internal cavity of the shaft, under condition of coincidence, the code keeping in the device of identification of a code and the code entered its entrance from the key, for this purpose, a contact socket is placed in a butt-end of the shaft or induction coil for transmission an electrical energy without any contact and a code pulse sequence electrically connected with the entrance of the device of identification of a code.
For the most protection from external influence it is possible to make a contact socket in the shaft for placing tiny power supplies, that allows to transmit the code into the lock by remote control, for that it is necessary to place an optical gauge or radio-aerial electrically connected with the entrance of the device of identification of a code instead of the contact socket, thus an opening code is an optical signal radiated by the key or radio-signal accordingly.
Brief Description of Drawings Figure 1 ,2 are a diagrammatic view of the lock, shows the cross-section of the lock.
Figure 3 is a view of the lock in the longitudinal section. Figure 4 is a diagrammatic view of the lock with the bolt. Figure 5 is a general view of the lock. Best Mode for Carrying Out the Invention
The present invention relates to a lock having a body 1 shown in Figure 1 in which a rotating insert 5 is placed and butt-ends of the rotating insert 5 are freely fixed on the sides of the body 1. The rotating insert 5 has a bore 7 through which the rotation is transmitted to the rotating insert 5 from door handles or a key. A cam 8 is rigidly connected with the rotating insert 5, the cam 8 is a means of blocking. A shaft 4 is inserted into the bore 7 of the rotating insert 5. The shaft 4 has a bore which comprises an electromagnet 10 with an anchor 11 which is freely moved perpendicularly of axes of the shaft 4. The rotating insert 5 has a slot 3. Into a position where the lock is closed the anchor 11 under the action of its own weight enters the slot 3. At turn of the shaft 4 on 180 degrees the anchor 11 under its own weight leaves the slot 3 before gearing of the anchor 11 with the side of the slot 3. Therefore, the shaft 4 is freely turned on 360 degrees in the bore 7 of the rotating insert 5 and the lock is not open.
To open the lock, it is necessary to transmit voltage on the electromagnet 10 simultaneously at rotation of the shaft 4, then at turn on 180 degrees the anchor 11 remains in pulling position to the electromagnet 10 and gears with the side of the slot 3, and thus, the rotation from the shaft 4 will be transmitted to the rotating insert 5. For the further rotation of the shaft 4 the rotating insert 5 turns and a closure cam 8 is moved with the rotating insert 5 into a position where the lock is open as shown in Figure 2.
To close the lock it is necessary to turn the shaft 4 in the opposite direction and it is unessentially to transmit voltage into the electromagnet 10, because the shaft 4 during the rotation takes place as shown in Figure 1 , and the anchor 11 under the action of its own weight enters the slot 3 and for the further rotation of the shaft 4 the anchor 11 gears with the side of the slot 3 transmitting the rotation to the rotating insert 5, and thus it moves the cam 8 into a position where the lock is closed. In extreme position "open", "close" the cam 8 is fixed at the expense of its own weight and also forces of friction about walls of the body of the lock. Voltage on the electromagnet 10 is transmitted from a device of identification of a code 13 which is made as an integral microcircuit and placed in an internal cavity of the shaft 4 as shown in Figure 3. The voltage is transmitted under condition of coincidence of the code keeping in a memory of the device of identification of a code 13 and a code entering its entrance. The code as consecutive electrical pulses is transmitted on the entrance of the device of identification of a code 13 through a contact socket 12, as shown in Figure 5, which is electrically connected or through an induction coil which is placed on the butt-end of the shaft 4.
For the most protection from external influence in the shaft 4, as shown in Figure 3, a compartment 9 is made in which there are tiny elements of power supplies 6 for providing of an independent feed of the device of identification of a code 13. It allows to accept a code without contact through an optical gauge or radioaerial placed in the butt-end of the shaft 4 and electrically connected with the entrance of the device of identification of a code 13.
For decrease of an idle corner of the turning of the shaft 4 a spring 2 shown in Figure 4, is placed in the slot 3, the spring 2 pushes out of the slot 3 the anchor 11 at turning of the shaft 4 on 30 degrees and at transmitting the voltage on the electromagnet 10 the spring 2 is wrung out and the anchor 11 gears with the side of the slot 3 and transmits the rotation from the shaft 4 to the rotating insert 5.
With the object of increasing of solidity of the lock, the mode of manufacturing of the lock with the bolt, shown in Figure 4, is possible.
For this purpose, a closure bolt 14 is placed in the body 1 and it cooperates with the cam 8 of the rotating insert 5. Industry Applicability
The lock with a closure cam is intended for installation on internal doors of premises and doors of furniture.
The lock with a closure bolt is intended for installation on entrance doors of buildings and other structures with the purpose of restriction of access of unauthorized persons.
