Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft DNA-Sequenzen codierend für ein Polypeptid mit Formylglycinamidinribotid-Synthase (E.C.6.3.5.3) Aktivität. Zudem betrifft die Erfindung die Verwendung dieser Nukleinsäuren zur Herstellung eines Testsystems.
