Abstract

The invention refers to an alarm tracking system through cellular telephony, e.g. for vehicles. When an alarm sign emitted by a cellular telephone is received by the base station antennas of the cellular system, additional rotating antennas installed at the base stations allow to trace the cellular telephone. With the identification of the sign, the locations of the base station antennas, e.g. determined accurately with GPS, are put upon a computerized map and the exact location of the cellular telephone is calculated by triangulation, using the angular position of the rotating antennas. By means of a modem and a microprocessor coupled to the cellular telephone, certain functions of the vehicle, like turning on the alarm or the sirens, turning off the vehicle, closing the windows, blocking the doors or the fuel supply, can be controlled.

Description

i Title: "SYSTEM OF ALARM TRAIL THROUGH CELLULAR
2 TELEPHONY"
3 DISCLOSURE OF THE PATENT
4 Refers the present invention, to an unpublished and functional
5 rastreamento system it saw cellular, being able to not besides, to work an
6 alarm system and blockade of self-driven vehicles. Through the sign emitted
7 by the apparel of cellular telephone (originator), the own antennas (cells) they
8 capture the sign and with a rotate antenna, type a mini radar, installed in the
9 cells, they will allow to trace the cellular apparel. With the identification of the o sign, the location of the antennas is put upon on a computerized map and it is i gotten to locate the exact territorial place from where it is the apparel, being 2 used a GPS (Global Position Satellite) that informs the latitude and longitude accurately. Being coupled a personal computer with a communication modem 4 and a microprocessor to the telephone, it can have changes of information 5 with the vehicle, working the alarm system, could turn off the vehicle, to close 6 its glasses, to work sirens and others. 7 The object is destined in subject, to allow the rastreamento of s apparel of cellular telephone, could locate people, vehicles and other, with the sign emitted by the cellular. 0 The signs emitted by the cellular apparel, they are captured by an i or more antennas, that represent a cell and using this basic beginning, we 2 cannot through these signs, to do a triangulation taking for base the place of 3 the existent antennas, that is to say, when this sign be received, the closest 4 antennas are activated staying the one that it is like this closer of this sign. 5 could be an only one or more than a worked antenna. 6 As these antennas don't have the precision to know from where this 7 sign is coming, it is possible that they are coupled them, an only rotate 8 antenna and of small load. Therefore, it is enough to have two of those 9 worked antennas, to know its positions with accuracy (latitude and longitude), 0 positioned with the help of a GPS, that once defined it turns a fixed parameter and a system that it identifies so that angle, from 0° to 360°, the rotate antenna receives the sign with larger intensity, being gotten to obtain the exact location from where it is leaving the sign through the triangulation, where the mathematical trigonometry is applied, being obtained the "point C", with a very big precision and a minimum margin of mistake. After identified the sign, the place of the antennas is put upon on a computerized map and the exact territorial place is gotten from where it is the apparel. To make the rastreamento, it is enough to do with that the apparel "plays" (the apparel will be in automatic attendance not getting to emit sound), i its accompanied of the code dial number for this purpose, even so, if there is the need to intervene on the vehicle, it can be coupled a personal computer- modem and a microprocessor to the telephone and to change several information with the vehicle, being able to not among other things, to turn off it, to close the glasses, to work sirens and horns, to light lights, to do to rotate recordings that intimidate, to loosen inoffensive smoke, to block fuel, to join 7 doors and etc... s Many are the advantages in the use of this system, being differed 9 of the rastreamento system through satellite, that is very expensive and 0 complex, not being in general accessible the population. i The system in subject, becomes viable due the countless amounts 2 of dispersed antennas for the national territory and international roaming. It is 3 just used a cellular apparel, that is more and more in general accessible to the 4 population and due to its size it can be hidden anywhere in the vehicle, even 5 with the modem the microprocessor. 6 The triangulation of the antennas, tends for base the place of the 7 existent antennas. As these antennas don't have the precision to know from 8 where this coming this sign, it is possible that are coupled them an only rotate 9 antenna and of small load, (as a mini radar). Therefore, it is enough to have 0 two worked antennas, to know their exact position, longitude, latitude and i azimuth positioned with the help of a "GPS" (in that case, being just good for i the positioning of the antennas), that once defined it turns a fixed parameter
2 and a system that it identifies so that angle (from Oth to 360th, as if it was a
3 clock that is in the base of the rotate antenna) the rotate antenna points and it
4 receives the sign (frequency) with larger intensity with the help of a frequency
5 and it is gotten to obtain the exact location from where this leaving the sign
6 through the triangulation, where the trigonometry is applied, being obtained
7 the point "C" (point from where the sign comes), with a very big precision and s a minimum margin of mistake. Through this method it is also possible to 9 divide common cellular telephone without the own doesn't need any specific lo apparatus, since the operator stops the control of the frequencies. ii After identified the sign and processed the data of the trigonometry,
12 since we possessed two fixed points and the angles that the respective points
13 point, forming like this a triangle and being obtained the point "C" (unknown
14 point), it is put upon on a computerized map and the exact territorial place is
15 gotten from where it leaves the sign. This system just requests a
16 microcomputer dedicated in each antenna, a step motor controlled by this I? personal computer, that will also serve as frequency and linked to the base of is the rotate antenna.
19 DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE PATENT
