Abstract

El objeto de este Modelo de Utilidad consiste en un cilindro realizado en cualquier material sólido con un hueco central y un solo orificio de entrada y salida donde se sitúa el cigarrillo que en tres segundos queda totalmente apagado sin producir humos, ni olores, ni cenizas. El fondo del hueco central es cóncavo.

"DISPOSITIVO PARA APAGAR CIGARRILLOS" El presente Modelo de Utilidad recae en un "dispositivo para apagar cigarrillos " , realizado en cualquier material sólido, natural o resina , y que puede utilizarse como un elemento fácil de transportar en el bolsillo o bien incorporado a un cenicero o mechero.
El dispositivo objeto del presente Modelo de Utilidad consiste en un cilindro con un hueco central y un solo orificio de entrada y salida donde se sitúa el cigarrillo que en tres segundo queda totalmente apagado sin producir humos , olores ni ceniza . Hasta la fecha , cuando un cigarrillo se tira a un cenicero , es frecuente que no esté bien apagado y produzca malos olores , humos y cenizas . Cuando se tira desde un vehículo o caminando , se corre el riesgo de incendios , muy frecuentes entre los usuarios que fuman en la cama . Las ventajas de este modelo se desprende de la memoria descriptiva , si bien a continuación citamos las más destacadas con carácter meramente enunciativo y no limitativo , a saber :
- es de fácil fabricación.
- puede comercializarse como una monopieza o incorporarse a ceniceros , mecheros , cualquier otro artículo de fumador o pieza decorativa , especialmente las de sobremesa .
- es de fácil transporte y poco peso.
- evita humos , malos olores y cenizas.
- evita asimismo riesgo de incendios .
Para mejor comprensión de la memoria , junto al presente escrito se acompañan hojas de diseños en las que con carácter meramente enunciativo y no limitativo se ha representado lo siguiente :
La Fig.l es un corte vertical del dispositivo .
La Fig.2 es una perspectiva vertical del dispositivo. De acuerdo con los diseños adjuntos el dispositivo objeto del presente Modelo de Utilidad consiste en un cilindro (1) realizado en cualquier material sólido, como por ejemplo metal, piedra , cristal , cerámica y otros que pueda tener desde un centímetro y medio de
HOJA SUSTITUTORIA (REGLA 26) altura hasta quince centímetros de altura y con un diámetro externo que puede tener desde ocho milímetros hasta medio metro cúbico.
Este cilindro tiene una sola boca de entrada y salida ( 2)con forma de tronco de cono , con la base menor hacia el interior del hueco
(3) el cual es también cilindrico teniendo el fondo ( 4) ligeramente cóncavo.
El borde circular de la boca (5) puede estar aplanado para facilitar el apoyo de los cigarrillos . El cigarrillo que se desea apagar se introduce por la boca (2) y la forma tronconónica de esta hace que en la base menor (6) se sitúe la parte encendida del cigarrillo el cual obtura la misma y al no recibir aire , se paga en tres segundos , sin producir humos , ni olores ni cenizas . El resto se puede tirar sin peligro en cualquier recogedor.

Claims

REIVINDICACIONES 1.- "Dispositivo para apagar cigarrillos " , caracterizado por estar constituido por un cilindro (1) de material sólido con una única boca (2) de forma troncocónica con la base menor (6) hacia el hueco interior (3) también de forma cilindrica con el fondo ( 4) cóncavo . El borde exterior (5) puede tener una ligera zona plana .
