Abstract

L'invention concerne un filtre (1) biologique destiné au traitement de fluides aqueux contaminés, tels que des eaux usées. Ce filtre comprend une cuvette de filtration (2) étanche formant une zone de filtration (F), ladite cuvette étant conçue pour être placée sur le sol (20), ou au moins en partie suspendue dans ce dernier, et pour contenir un lit de filtration (3) composé de terre (4) et/ou d'autres matières (6) permettant de fournir un environnement convenant à la culture des plantes. Ce lit de filtration comprend des plantes (7) enracinées ou poussant dans la matière constitutive du sol; au moins une entrée (8) permettant d'introduire ledit fluide dans le filtre et au moins une sortie (9) permettant d'évacuer le fluide du filtre après le traitement de ce fluide. Le filtre est pourvu d'une enceinte (5) supérieure recouvrant au moins l'ensemble de la surface supérieure du lit de filtration (3).
