Abstract

La pompe jumelle de l'invention comprend un carter pourvu d'un orifice d'entrée et d'un orifice définis dans les zones centrales de ses faces supérieures et inférieures. Elle comprend également une paire de cylindre définis de façon à communiquer entre eux. Un piston disposé dans la paire de cylindres comporte en ses deux extrémités une paire de têtes. Chacune de ces têtes définit une zone à contact étroit partiellement sphériquement convexes et partiellement sphériquement concaves. Chaque cylindre présente une face intérieure cylindrique faite de telle façon que les faces cylindriques extérieures de chaque tête sont mises éventuellement en contact avec elle tout en venant s'y appliquer. Le carter est fait, entre la paire de cylindre et l'orifice d'entrée et l'orifice de sortie, de façon à présenter des sièges semi-circulaires de façon que les parties en contact étroit peuvent être amenées en contact étroit avec les sièges semi-circulaires. Enfin, la pompe comporte deux cames excentriques montées en travers des parties centrales des deux têtes et tournant en sens opposés via des arbres à cames animés par un dispositif d'entraînement. L'écart entre les deux arbres à cames est sensiblement égal à la distance entre les centres des cames excentriques pouvant se monter sur les têtes du piston.
