The appropriate number of clamping apparatus 10, 80 are then engaged, in the manner described above, with the bead seat band 14 and the flange 16. The resultant flange and bead seat band assembly is then removed from the rim with the tyre handler.

Abstract

Appareil de serrage à utiliser avec un ensemble roue comprenant une bande de support amovible (14) et une bride amovible (16) facilitant le retrait et le remplacement d'un pneumatique. Ledit appareil de serrage comprend un élément de support (18) de repos de talon et un élément de support (34) de bride, conçu pour reposer contre la bride (16).
