Abstract

The invention relates to a mat that is 100 % recyclable and made from a single polymer that is laminated onto a secondary substrate by means of thermofusion based on infrared units and using fibers with low denier per filament as mechanical anchoring means. Said fibers are recycled or out of specification and consist of the same polymer or resin used for the top surface and primary base of the rug, do not necessarily have a different molecular weight or a different fusion point and have the shape of a layer or cloth. Said fibers are applied by simple overlaying and knotting when inserting the threads into the tufting process of the rug or non-woven. Secondary layers made from the same polymer or resin used for the other components already integrated into the rug are laminated onto said rug or non-woven, all components having a common denominator of thermoplastic resin which makes them 100 % recyclable without having to use any other polymer selection process such as precipitation or otherwise. To obtain the recyclable mat product, the top and bottom surface of the mat are protected during production by wetting and cooling using sprinklers, water-circulating tools and cold air application chambers.

OBJETO DE LA INVENCIÓNOBJECT OF THE INVENTION
El objeto de esta invención, es proporcionar un producto denominado tapete 100% reciclable construido de una misma resina o polímero en todas las partes que lo integran y su procedimiento de producción en cuyo anclaje de sus hilos no requiera látex u otro polímero y que al laminarse a un perfil termoplástico de polipropileno con o sin gravados en su cara exteπor o a un textil secundario de polipropileno presente un soporte secundario de el mismo polímero, integrándose ya sea el textil o el perfil sin la utilización de vehículo adhesivo en su procedimiento de laminación y elaboración bundando más una ventaja del procedimiento de la presente invención está en la no utilización de adhesivos en la fijación de los hilos del textil o cara del tapete a su sustrato primario o base ya sea tejido, tejido tuf ng o tejido no tejido, esto se hace mediante la utilización de radiadores infrarrojos que permiten la termofusion en áreas determinadas del textil que permitirá el sujetamiento de sus fibras a su sutrato o base primaria lo que permite la eficientización de espacios ya que normalmente los hornos para el secado del látex o adhesivos son de enormes dimensiones puesto que tienen que evaporar grandes volúmenes de agua o solventes a muy rápidas velocidades, el tipo de horno de radiación infrarroja utilizado en el procedimiento de la presente invención, es de menores dimensiones y de mayor eficiencia que los hornos convencionales utilizando espacios muy reducidos y no genera contaminación Otra ventaja que presenta el tapete 100% reciclable construido de una misma resina o polímero en todas las partes que lo integran y su procedimiento de producción con base secundaπa laminada por el procedimiento de la presente invención, es que por estar unidos la alfombra y la base secundaπa, por medio de la fusión de los mateπales de una misma resina olefinica (polipropileno) sin la intervención de otras resinas o elementos extraños que contaminen el producto final para efectos de reciclado, o que hagan difícil y costoso el mismo por la presencia de otros polímeros dentro del proceso de producción inicial, tiene por resultado de este producto el pπmer tapete residencial comercial o automotπz 100% reciclable del mercadoThe object of this invention is to provide a product called 100% recyclable mat constructed of the same resin or polymer in all the parts that integrate it and its production process in whose anchoring of its threads does not require latex or other polymer and that when laminated to a thermoplastic polypropylene profile with or without encumbrances on its outer face or to a secondary polypropylene textile having a secondary support of the same polymer, integrating either the textile or the profile without the use of an adhesive vehicle in its lamination and processing process More advantageous of the process of the present invention is in the non-use of adhesives in fixing the threads of the textile or face of the mat to its primary substrate or base, whether woven, tuf ng or nonwoven, this is done by using infrared radiators that allow thermofusion in certain areas of the textile that will allow the subject Its fibers are absorbed into its primary base or suture, which allows space to be efficient because normally the ovens for drying latex or adhesives are of enormous dimensions since they have to evaporate large volumes of water or solvents at very fast speeds. type of infrared radiation furnace used in the process of the present invention, is smaller and more efficient than conventional furnaces using very small spaces and does not generate pollution Another advantage of the 100% recyclable mat constructed of the same resin or polymer in all the parts that comprise it and its production process with a secondary base laminated by the process of the present invention, is that because the carpet and the base are joined second, through the fusion of the materials of the same olefinic resin (polypropylene) without the intervention of other resins or foreign elements that contaminate the final product for recycling purposes, or that make it difficult and expensive for the presence of others Polymers within the initial production process, results in this product the pπmer commercial residential mat or 100% recyclable automotive market
Otra ventaja que ofrece el tapete 100% reciclable construido de una misma resina o polímero en todas las partes que lo integran y su procedimiento de producción con laminación a una base secundaπa por medio de fusión de fibras recicladas previamente insertadas, es que es un producto reciclable y ecológico, debido a que en el mismo desde su inicio esta utilizando productos ya de por si reciclados o destinados al reciclaje como lo son las fibras insertadasAnother advantage offered by the 100% recyclable mat constructed of the same resin or polymer in all the parts that comprise it and its production process with lamination to a secondary base by means of fusion of previously inserted recycled fibers, is that it is a recyclable product and ecological, because in the same since its inception it is already using products already recycled or destined for recycling such as the inserted fibers
Una ventaja mas del tapete 100% reciclable construido de una misma resina o polímero en todas las partes que lo integran y su procedimiento de producción es que por ser las fibras sobrepuesta, la base o substrato pπmaπo, estas sirven para sujetar y amarrar las fibras intermedias de los hilos, los hilos que conforman la cara de la alfombra del mismo y el recubπmiento secundaπo ya sea con presencia textil de polipropileno o sea un perfil de los conocidos como TPO ( Thermo PlásticA further advantage of the 100% recyclable mat constructed of the same resin or polymer in all the parts that make it up and its production process is that since it is the superimposed fibers, the pπmaπo base or substrate, these serve to hold and tie the intermediate fibers of the threads, the threads that make up the face of the carpet and the second covering either with textile presence of polypropylene or a profile of those known as TPO (Thermo Plastic
Olefin ) olefimco termoplástico con o sin espumación, todos ellos del mismo tipo de resina o bien todos de resina po ester, éstos juntos pueden reprocesarse bajo un mismo procedimiento sin utilización de elementos químicos que las dispersen o procedimientos que precipiten los productos a altos costos de operación en su reproceso, esta ventaja es que para el reciclado solo demanda la molienda del tapete y su peletizacion ya que cada uno de los productos elementos integrantes del mismo, pueden ser directamente reciclados sin procesos adicionales por ser el mismo polímeroOlefin) olefimco thermoplastic with or without foaming, all of them of the same type of resin or all of polyester resin, these together can be reprocessed under the same procedure without the use of chemical elements that disperse them or procedures that precipitate the products at high costs of operation in its reprocessing, this advantage is that for the recycling it only demands the grinding of the mat and its pelletization since each one of the products integral elements of the same, can be directly recycled without additional processes for being the same polymer
Otra ventaja mas de el tapete 100% reciclable construido de una misma resina o polímero en todas las partes que lo integran y su procedimiento de producción con base secundaπa fusionada y laminada sin la utilización de látex o adhesivos utilizando fibras recicladas insertadas de polipropileno como agente de laminación por Thermo fusión de la mismas, es que el proceso de termofusión es muy competitivo en costos tanto de energía como de matena pπma utilizada esto porque que las fibras thermofusionadas son de oπgen reciclado en si y su costo es bajo siendo sus ventajas financieras y ecológicas muy altasAnother advantage of the 100% recyclable mat constructed of the same resin or polymer in all the parts that comprise it and its production process with a secondary base fused and laminated without the use of latex or adhesives using recycled polypropylene inserts as an agent of Thermo fusion lamination of the same, is that the thermofusion process is very competitive in costs of both energy and matna pπma used this because the thermofused fibers are recycled oπgen itself and its cost is low being its financial and ecological advantages very tall
Another object of the invention is to provide the 100% recyclable mat constructed of the same ream or polymer in all the parts that comprise it and its production process of the present invention a sense of impermeability since at the time of fusing the fibers between yes and when laminated they produce a film that It will serve as a barrier that in the future will prevent the liquids that normally in the daily use of the carpets fall on it, it helps that they do not penetrate in the same way it will not present delaminations of its rigid base because it does not have any adhesive components in any of its parts Anyone that decomposes on contact with water also in the case of polypropylene or polyester being a completely inert material that makes it a product that does not create a fungus.
Otra ventaja mas en el tapete 100% reciclable construido de una misma resina o polímero en todas las partes que lo integran y su procedimiento de producción es el material reciclado Fibras que se utilizan como fibras de fusión integradas a la alfombra al ser esta tejida, es que estas fibras al fusionarse y por ser del mismo polímero que las fibras que componen el hilo y las fibras que componen la base primaria y la base secundaria que se le lamina, estas al laminarse por la presión dado frió herramental de presión y termo gravado y al encontrarse en punto de fusión hacen el anclaje mecánico de las fibras que integran el hilo de la cara de la alfombra no permitiendo que este en lo futuro se suelte por el proceso de abrasión normal que la alfombra recibe en su cara o superficie expuesta, termino que en la técnica de producción de la alfombra se le llama el sellado del nudo insertado en el caso tuftin y en el caso de otros procedimiento sellado de las fibras esto se realiza a muy bajo costo por ser las fibras de material ya de por si recicladoAnother advantage in the 100% recyclable mat constructed of the same resin or polymer in all the parts that integrate it and its production process is the recycled material Fibers that are used as fusion fibers integrated to the carpet to be woven, is that these fibers when fused and because they are of the same polymer as the fibers that make up the thread and the fibers that make up the primary base and the secondary base that are laminated to them, are laminated by the pressure given cold pressure tooling and thermo taxing and when they are in a melting point they make the mechanical anchoring of the fibers that make up the thread of the face of the carpet not allowing it to be released in the future by the normal abrasion process that the carpet receives on its face or exposed surface, I end that in the carpet production technique it is called the sealing of the knot inserted in the tuftin case and in the case of other fiber sealing procedure this is done at very low cost for being the fibers of material already recycled
Una ventaja mas que ofrece el proceso y producto de la presente invención es que en su procedimiento de manufactura no se requiere de ningún otro proceso de terminado textil, ya que del tejido se corta un lienzo y se procesa bajo el sistema de la presente invención, ahorrando tiempo, dinero y esfuerzo así como inversión en espacios e infraestructura esto debido a que dentro del proceso de esta invención se utiliza un radiador de calor que fusiona la cara posteπor del tapete dejándola terminada para solo cortar sus rebordes y empacarse para la ventaA further advantage offered by the process and product of the present invention is that no other finishing process is required in its manufacturing process. textile, since a canvas is cut from the fabric and processed under the system of the present invention, saving time, money and effort as well as investment in spaces and infrastructure this because a heat radiator is used within the process of this invention which fuses the post face of the mat leaving it finished to just cut its flanges and pack for sale
Otra ventaja que ofrece el procedimiento de la presente invención es que no se requiere de usar como vehículo de fusión fibras de menor punto de fusión que las convencionales o bien de otros polímeros, sino que con las fibras convencionales del mismo polímero o resina de los otros mateπales integrantes de los insumos que componen la alfombra y debido a la protección que se le da tanto a la cara del producto como a el sustrato del tejido se logra este objetivo de uso de fibras con el mismo punto térmico de fusiónAnother advantage offered by the process of the present invention is that it is not required to use fibers of lower melting point than conventional or other polymers as a fusion vehicle, but rather with conventional fibers of the same polymer or resin of the other Materials that are part of the inputs that make up the carpet and due to the protection given to both the face of the product and the fabric substrate, this objective of fiber use with the same thermal melting point is achieved
Otra ventaja mas que presenta el tapete 100% reciclable construido de una misma resina o polímero en todas las partes que lo integran y su procedimiento de producción es que en el caso de tapete automotπz al ser este mismo de polipropileno como en la actualidad son la mayoπa de partes que integran el inteπor y exteπor de los vehículos automotπces modernos permite que los tapetes sean reciclados como parte del vehículo sin tener necesidad de un procedimiento diferente para su reciclado, teniendo la ventaja de que estos son 100% reciclables como cualquiera de sus partes externas de resma olefinicas o de polipropileno Aplica el mismo principio con el pohester en Europa ANTECEDENTES DE LA INVENCIÓNAnother advantage that presents the 100% recyclable mat constructed of the same resin or polymer in all the parts that integrate it and its production procedure is that in the case of automotπz mat being this same of polypropylene as at present they are the mayoπa of parts that integrate the interior and exterior of modern motor vehicles allows the rugs to be recycled as part of the vehicle without needing a different procedure for recycling, having the advantage that these are 100% recyclable as any of its external parts of olefinic or polypropylene ream Apply the same principle with the pohester in Europe BACKGROUND OF THE INVENTION
La presente invención esta relacionada con el campo de la industπa del Tapete textil de pisos residenciales, comerciales, y automotπces y se refiere a la fabπcación de alfombra mediante el procedimiento de inserción de hilos en llamado en la industria tufting y los denominados punzonados además de la extracción directa sobre un perfil plano de polipropileno en el cual caen hilos extraídos de resina polipropileno o pohesterThe present invention is related to the field of industrial textile carpet for residential, commercial, and automotive floors and refers to the manufacture of carpet by means of the procedure of insertion of threads in call in the tufting industry and the so-called punching in addition to the direct extraction on a flat polypropylene profile into which threads extracted from polypropylene resin or pohester fall
In general terms, conventional floor mats, both Automotπces, maπnos, residential and commercial, do not have a characteristic of sealing or anchoring threads inserted to their pπmaπa base by a thermo fusion process without the application of powder coated resins or plastic films and therefore, to obtain the anchoring of its threads to the pπmaπa base, styrene Butadiene latex or reams of polyethylene or PVC Chloride must be used of pohvinyl or EVA Ethil Vinyl Acetates, applied by direct extrusion process, or sprinkled on the back of the product, or by means of fusion of textile layers of different polymers with different thermal melting point previously inserted in the main product and in its secondary base For the application of the procedure and The achievement of the claimed product does not use any of the known systems to date or extrusion m of resin dusting or insertion of textile layers of different polymers or different thermal melting points
DESCRIPCIÓN DE LA INVENCIÓNDESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
La invención consiste en el desarrollo de un procedimiento para la creación de un tapete 100% reciclable elaborado en todos sus componentes de un solo polímero esto es las fibras, los substratos pπmaπos y la base antideπapante, así como el producto obtenido denominado tapete 100% reciclable elaborado de un solo polímero El procedimiento y el producto obtenido del mismo consisten en los siguientes pasos y fundamentosThe invention consists in the development of a process for the creation of a 100% recyclable mat made in all its components of a single polymer that is the fibers, the pπmaπos substrates and the antideπapante base, as well as the product obtained called 100% recyclable mat made from a single polymer The procedure and the product obtained from it consist of the following steps and basics
Por la inserción de una napa de fibras de muy bajo denier entre el sustrato pπmaπo de un tejido tufting y los hilos que se tejen a fin de crear lo que será el vehículo de sujeción mecánica de los hilos insertados entre esta napa y la base o sustrato primario, la mserción de una napa de fibras ohefinicas de muy bajo denier por filamento (DPF) produce un cambio de densidades que impide el flujo de las temperaturas de fusión dentro del producto base pπmaπa de la alfombra lo que permite que las laminas o efinicas aplicadas en la parte posteπor de la misma y expuestas a la acción de rayos infrarrojos de alta y baja onda sean llevadas hasta su punto de fusión sin afectar la estabilidad dimensional del sustrato pπmaπo de la alfombra , al ser expuestas y llegar a su punto de fusión, tienen un tiempo de microsegundos para antes de afectar el sustrato, fundir parte de la superficie de la napa de minifíbras olefinicas de bajo DPF en el momento de transformación de las placas de sólido a fusión o deπetimiento esta va siendo gradual debido a que las placas están separadas y expuestas individualmente y su fusión va de exteπor a inteπor placa por placa lo que permite tener las dos pπmeras placas completamente derretidas y la tercera o subsecuentes se encuentran en menor grado de fusión lo que da tiempo de retirar las aplicaciones de infrarrojas y la energía concentrada sigue trabajando hasta lograr fusionar las ultimas placas , debido a las distancias uniformes logradas entre las placas de mateπal oliefinico y las producidas por el exceso de micro fibras de bajo denier se genera un espacio de muy baja densidad de mateπa y esto impide que la energía penetre hasta la base pπmaπa o substrato que da la estabilidad dimensional de la alfombraBy the insertion of a very low denier fiber nap between the pπmaπo substrate of a tufting fabric and the threads that are woven in order to create what will be the mechanical fastening vehicle of the threads inserted between this napa and the base or substrate Primary, the measurement of a very low denier fiber filament sheet (DPF) produces a change in densities that prevents the flow of melting temperatures within the pπmaπa base product of the carpet, which allows the laminates or efinics applied on the back of it and exposed to the action of high and low wave infrared rays are brought to their melting point without affecting the dimensional stability of the carpet's pπmaπo substrate, when exposed and reaching its melting point, they have a microsecond time before affect the substrate, melt part of the surface of the low DPF olefinic mini-sheet at the time of transformation of the plates from solid to melting or dethinking is becoming gradual because the plates are separated and exposed individually and their fusion is going from external to internal plate-by-plate, which allows having the two completely melted plates and the third or subsequent ones are in a lower degree of fusion, which allows time to remove the infrared applications and the concentrated energy continues to work until the last plates, due to the uniform distances achieved between the plates of olympic matte and those produced by the excess of low denier micro fibers generates a very low density space of mateπa and this prevents the energy from penetrating to the pπmaπa base or substrate that gives the dimensional stability of the carpet
Con fundamento en lo anteπor y una vez fundidas completamente las dos primeras laminas de mateπal oliefinico al retirarse la exposición de los rayos infrarrojos y quedar atrapada la energía esta sigue fundiendo las capas subsecuentes y en ese intervalo da tiempo para en operación dual de bajar el heπamental de presión y grabado o dado frío hembra macho a fin de que este a una presión supeπor a las 150 PSI actué presionando y coaccionando el desplazamiento de la masa fundida de las capas, impulsando su contacto con la napa de fibras de bajo denier y estas por tener bajo denier son sujetas a una fusión inmediata al absorber la energía calorífica de la masa en fusión esto simultáneamente atrapa a las fibras de supeπor denier de los hilos de la alfombra haciendo un sellado inmediato de los mismo lo que se conoce como sellado del nudo, esta acción se controla mediante el tiempo de exposición de los rayos infrarrojos y la cantidad de energía calorífica desplazada en las capas de mateπal ohefimco al mismo tiempo esta acción es controlada por el acción soldificadora de termoplástico ohefimco provemente de el enfriamiento que emite el heπamental frío, quien detiene la acción de fusión de las placas, de las fibras tanto de la napa como de las partes integrantes de la alfombra hilos y base pπmaπa o fibras solamente en caso de alfombras de oπgen punzonado o no tejido al choque de temperaturas las placas oliefinicas se solidifican de nuevo tomando las formas que en su cara tiene el heπamental frío de gravado y presión hembra macho, la acción de fusión se termina e inicia la acción de endurecimiento por el choque de temperaturas como ya lo dijimos Al enfriarse el termoplástico oliefimco por su naturaleza misma de ser termomoldeable toma las formas de los altos y bajos relieves del heπamental, pudiendo ser protuberancias comeas que se presentaran en la parte posteπor del tapete o sea la parte antideπapante del mismo o puede presentar a la vez una combinación de ambos efectos de termogravación, uno que se descπbe como una nervadura peπmetral en alto y bajo relieve la cual de dará al tapete una presencia cosmética de delimitación estética de su contornoBased on the foregoing and once the first two sheets of olympic matte have been completely melted when the exposure of the infrared rays is withdrawn and the energy trapped, it continues to melt the subsequent layers and in that interval gives time for a dual operation of lowering the heπamental of pressure and etching or cold male female so that it is at a pressure exceeding 150 PSI, act by pressing and coercing the displacement of the melt of the layers, boosting its contact with the nap of low denier fibers and these by to have Under denier they are subject to immediate fusion by absorbing the heat energy of the melting mass this simultaneously traps the fibers of denier superoor of the threads of the carpet making an immediate sealing of them what is known as knot sealing, this The action is controlled by the exposure time of the infrared rays and the amount of heat energy displaced in the layers of mathematic ohefimco at the same time this action is controlled by the heatifying action of thermoplastic ohefimco providing the cooling emitted by the cold heπamental, who stops the melting action of the plates, the fibers of both the nappa and the integral parts of the carpet threads and base pπmaπa or fibers only in case of carpets of punched or non-woven oπgen to the temperature shock the olympic plates solidify again taking the forms in his face that has the cold cold of taxing and male female pressure, the The melting action is finished and the hardening action is initiated by the temperature shock as we have already said. When the oliefimco thermoplastic is cooled due to its very nature of being thermoformable, it takes the forms of the high and low reliefs of the heπamental, being able to be comea bumps they will present on the back part of the mat, that is, the anti-slip part of the mat, or it may have both a combination of both thermogravitation effects, one that is described as a high and low relief perennial rib which will give the mat a cosmetic presence aesthetic delimitation of its contour
En virtud de la exposición de toda la masa del tapete 100% o efinico de diferentes presentaciones de mateπal ohefinico uno que conforma la cara del tapete y es con presencia de abuyonada alfombra otro que conforma el sustrato de la alfombra y en el caso de alfombra tejida tiene presencia de un sustrato a base de tiras tejidas de pohpropieleno u ohefinicas, otra presentación una napas superpuesta entre los hilos insertados siendo esta napa producida con fibras oliefinicas recicladas de bajo denier y por ultimo la presentación en laminas, las laminas de mateπal oliefinica 100% de bajo grosor toda esta masa en conjunto, esta como ya lo dijimos expuesta a la acción de los rayos ínfraπojos para lograr la fusión de parte de la misma sin dañar o alterar las otras partes en diferentes presentaciones, para lograr lo anteπor se utiliza un difusor de energía en la superficie de la alfombra del tapete este difusor de energía es agua simple que absorbe la energía calorífica infrarroja sobrante del proceso y permite que el producto cara tejida del tapete acepte la alta presión supeπor a las 150 PSI del dado heπamientas sin sufrir colapsación alguna o tomar formas o alteraciones en su presencia textura o imagen, siendo la única vaπación que sufre la volurranizacion de la cara textil del tapete la que al aplicarle el agua y la energía calorífica sobrante del proceso el agua al descomponerse por la energía desarrolla un vapor que viene a volummizar el textil dando una apaπencia muy benéfica al producto final El agua por su naturaleza misma forma vapor a los 100° grados centígrados y protege al textil olefinico que tiene su punto de fusión y de termofijado textil arπba de los 130° grados centígrados el agua no deja residuales al evaporase por completo ni causa manchas en el textil abuyonado olefinico de la cara del producto Si el caso así lo requiere se puede aplicar al mismo tiempo de agua una substancia repelente a manchas y polvo que ayude al valor agregado y uso del producto Los detalles característicos de la invención se muestran claramente en la siguiente descπpción y en los dibujos que se acompañan, así como una ilustración de aquella y sirviendo los mismos signos de referencia para indicar las partes de las figuras mostradasBy virtue of the exposure of the entire mass of the 100% or Efinic mat of different presentations of ohefinic matte one that forms the face of the mat and is with Presence of an abuyonada carpet another that forms the substrate of the carpet and in the case of woven carpet has a substrate based on woven strips of pohpropieleno or ohefinicas, another presentation a nappa superimposed between the inserted threads being this napa produced with oliefinic fibers recycled low denier and finally the presentation in sheets, the sheets of 100% low thickness olympic matte all this mass as a whole, as we said already exposed to the action of the infrared rays to achieve the fusion of part of it without damaging or altering the other parts in different presentations, to achieve the foregoing, an energy diffuser is used on the surface of the mat of the mat this energy diffuser is simple water that absorbs the infrared heat energy left over from the process and allows the product woven face of the mat accept the high pressure exceeding 150 PSI of the given die without suffering collapse or take forms or alterations in its presence texture or image, being the only vautation that undergoes the volurranization of the textile face of the mat which, when water is applied to it and the excess heat energy of the process, the water when decomposing by energy develops a vapor that comes to volummize the textile giving a very beneficial appearance to the final product Water by its very nature forms steam at 100 ° Celsius and protects the olefinic textile that has its melting point and thermofixed textile arπba of 130 ° Celsius The water does not leave residuals when it evaporates completely or causes stains on the olefinic bulky textile on the face of the product. If the case requires it, a stain and dust repellent substance that helps with added value and use can be applied at the same time. of the product The characteristic details of the invention are clearly shown in the following description and in the accompanying drawings, as well as an illustration thereof and serving the same reference signs to indicate the parts of the figures shown
